Today's goal is to finish writing our new quests. I don't know about your garden, but everybody in Wiggins has lots of zucchini.
Today's real life home task included re-setting one of our commodes. We'd seen some seepage and thought maybe it was supply line problems. Instead...well....enough said that replacing the wax seal went pretty smoothly and so far there are no leaks.

The leaks seem to have stopped. Maybe. That particular plumbing fixture is in a slab floor part of the house. So we REALLY hope replacing the seal solves the problem, if the sewer line is leaking it will be majorly inconvenient.
I did get the quests finished today and they are being tested overnight by our QA department. Hopefully I will get them launched tomorrow.

Today's quest launch was a major move. I went ahead and took every left over quest and scavenger hunt out of all members inventories, so everyone will start over with our new late summer quest cycle at quest number 1.
I then checked our scavenger hunt and discovered it is not working properly. We got a note last week there was a problem with CPP's scavenger hunt, today no matter how quickly you finish that hunt it does not award you a high score. We are working on getting it fixed before the weekend. If the scavenger hunt is not active, then it is not fixed. Drop me a note if you've read this, while the scavenger hunt is not working I will give you a gift to make up for the inconvenience.

Saturdays at the ranch are always busy. Of course there is the normal everyday clean stalls check horses.
In real life the garden was full of 25 lbs of vegetables, I have about a bushel of ripe peaches and nectarines waiting my attention and todays game task is to work on the interiors of the Wiggins mansion.
Yesterday Nat2 got her 1000 miles award. We have about a half-dozen 500 miles ridden members.

Ok its final, I checked with both Mrs. Harley and Grandma Sanders and our next sleepover is Friday, August 13th from 6 to 10 pm Eastern time. Lessons, chats, games and more.
Today we launched our fixed Scavenger hunt and when I looked there were already 100 scores recorded for this week.
My task today was rewriting our Club Pony Pals help pages. The text was way out of date, it is time for us to update what's there. I'll announce when it is updated and ready for review.
I'm off to put up peaches and make bread and butter pickles.

We are seeing a lot of new members for our Club since the beginning of August - almost double the number of unique visitors from last month. This is good!
The last couple days have been busy behind the scenes here at CPP. We made an improvement that let a member see where their next quest is. Clicking on the "find quest" tab brings up a listing of where you have to go to find your next task.
We also COMPLETELY redid our help system. It's much more thorough and tells a lot about how our site now works.
Finally, yesterday I made a batch of bread and butter pickles. They ALL sealed! Yay!!!

Today Valz1231 made it to 1000 trail miles. Congrats to our newest distance rider.

Horsetraining proceeds in real life. I've got a pony gelding in who believes in his heart of hearts that humans are not the boss.
So its back to basics. Each time he transgresses I have to move from "I've got to get back to working on CPP time" to "horsetime."
Sometimes it is so difficult to slow down.
