Ally: the cowboys start to gallop after us, but we are determined to get away. I keep questioning myself about leaving, like do I really want to leave these cowboys? They start getting their ropes out, & I turn & see chief on the big black stallion right behind me. I gallop faster.
Chief: "that dang mare! We have to get her! She is worth about a million dollars!" he yells angerly
Ally: i continue running, i try to scrape the halter off. But i realize this will slow me down, so i leave it on & decide to try to take it off when we are safe. |

| indy-pants- the cave, the wildflower meadow has a high hill with a bunch of trees in the middle that conceal a cave we can hide there until dark. ten we must find the others! |

risky: jeeze if i didnt know any better they all abondoned me but indy would never ever do that we've been through to much for that-passes a tree with a broken branch-huh, thats odd.-sniffs the ground below-wait a second... i smell snowflake, and anouther horse!-smells more of the dusty ground which is heavily trampled-ive got to find her! and the others!-goes at a trot so he can smell her scent-
indy-rounds a bend this time at a trot-theres a trail thats very remote that leads to the cave it should be by this ol cottonwood tree-then sees risky-RISKY! are you alright? what are you doing? have you seen snowflake or adagio?
risky: stop, im fine dont clobber me! i picked up snowflakes smell along with a differnt horse, most likely one of the cowboys got her and i have no idea where adagio is either im trying to follow the smell while its fresh where are you going?
indy: we were heading to the cave to hide until nightfal and then try an find the others it did not look like the cowboys are going to be leaveing soon espechilly when they found out i could talk, it has put a little more risk since now the cowboys are dealing with more money but it was enough of a distraction to get them off our trail. but now they fight harder but i think it was worth the risk, if they thought i was to wild to be of any use they would have just let me run away and caught the others. but i fear they will come back to the safest thing to do might be to move to anouther area and start fresh once we are all together again.
risky: you are right it may just be easier that way and i think your plan is good, we will head to the cave and stay there until late and since we know the realitive location of atleast snowflake all we have to do is find her and then if adagio is not with the cowboys we can search more. but hopefully thy are both with the cowboys, it will be hard if the cowboys are on our trail. let us go quickly they may still be chaseing you the trail is just down aways.-leads the way- |
