I hope you like it, I'll post the prologue.

Snowstorm
---------

"Mother?" Snowstorm asked, squinting to see through the thick fog. Snowdrop saw her daughter and sighed. They had been separated for a while. Now, in front of the dark gate leading to Conlle's palace, she was reunited with her beloved child. "It is me." Snowdrop finally said. "Why do the other ponies listen to Conlle?" Snowstorm asked. Snowdrop thought for a moment. "Their minds are darkened." She finally answered. Suddenly, a great shouting was heard. "Who dares to stand before the gate?" Conlle boomed. "Run Snowstorm! Run!"

Title: I Want To Ride
By: Horsesforever12

Chapter 1: Welcome to the Jackson’s
The Jackson household was big, noisy, and exciting all in one. Tom was the blond-haired forty-two year-old father, Shelly was the dark-haired forty year-old mother, Katrina was the sixteen year-old perfectly-beautiful-popular-blond oldest girl, Kelly and Tilly were twelve year-old blond twins, and Ben and Bill were five year-old dark-haired twins. Not only did they have a big, beautiful, rich house, they had a big, beautiful, rich barn filled with horses. Tom, Shelly, Katrina, Kelly, Tilly, Ben, and Bill all had horses and ponies. (If you’re wondering, they inherited a lot of money and Tom has a very good job as a horse trainer.) Tom’s horse was a 16 hands high chestnut mare named Lilly. Shelly’s horse was a 15.4 hands high palomino mare named Delilah. Katrina’s horse was a 15.9 hands high black gelding named Midnight. Kelly’s horse was a 15.2 hands high skewbald mare named Prancer. Tilly’s horse was a 15.6 hands high appaloosa white gelding with gray spots named Galaxy. Ben’s pony was a 14 hands high white mare named Southwest. (S.W. for short.) Bill’s pony was a 14.1 hands high piebald stallion named Northwest. (N.W.) Now, Katrina, Kelly, Tilly, Ben, and Bill all helped with mucking out the stalls, feeding the horses and ponies, and letting them out into the paddock to graze. They all took very good care of their animals, and before and after each ride they would groom them and pick their hooves. A farrier came once or twice each month to trim the horse’s hooves and put new horseshoes on their hooves.
I think you now understand the Jackson household, and are ready to nosedive into their adventures.
“Tilly! Ben is hungry, make him some toast! Kelly! You’re making too much noise, dear! Katrina! Get ready for school! Bill! Don’t tease the dogs!” Shelly Jackson bustled around the house. It was a September morning and the school bus was beeping from the road. Katrina quickly brushed a few strands of her blond hair away from her eyes. She couldn’t wait to see her friends Shauna and Amy, and of course, her boyfriend Chad.
Shauna, a pretty, normal black-haired teen at school, had been Katrina’s friend since preschool. Shauna had a boyfriend also, named Dave. When Katrina met Chad when she was fourteen, she thought he was cute. But Chad liked Katrina, I mean liked. They eventually became boyfriend and girlfriend and dreamed of getting married and owning a huge horse ranch. Chad’s red-headed sister Amy, who used to live in California with her dad but moved in with Chad and her mom, (Chad and Amy’s parents were divorced,) thought Katrina was mean and snobby at first. But soon they became friends.
Katrina grabbed her backpack and raced out the door. Kelly put her hair back in a ponytail and ran after her. Tilly kissed her mom and got in line behind the trio. Ben and Bill went too. The school bus was packed, but Katrina always managed to get the best seat: a one way in the front, by a window, by her friends. Kelly and Tilly frowned, taking a seat in the back by their annoying twin brothers that were talking a mile a minute.
School was normal: go to language class, go to health class, lunch, get lunch spilled by bully, history class, botany class, recess, be bullied by bully, math class, and go home. But the afternoon was not normal.
*****
“Kids, your father and I are having a family meeting in the living room, come take a seat.” Shelly said to her five kids. The family plodded into the living room and sat down.
“Now,” said Tom, “I know we may be, more, you know, richer than other people, but things have been pretty busy around here, well, sometimes people think rich people are happy people. But that’s not true. Keeping up with my job, five kids, and seven horses and ponies is hard work. I want some more peace and quiet and I’m thinking of selling some of the horses to reduce the hard work of keeping up with everything.” “What?” asked Tilly. “He said seven horses are too much and he wants to sell some of them to reduce the strain of hard work,” said Kelly, “but dad, we help a lot too, though, don’t we?” “Yes, Kelly, you guys do. But most people would agree that seven horses is enough!” “But dad, you gave Midnight to me when I turned nine! I don’t want you to sell him,” said Katrina. “You’re father’s right, guys, I agree that it would take some strain off.” said Shelly. “No!” cried Tilly. “You can’t take Galaxy away!” And she got up and ran out the door. Kelly ran after her.
Chapter 2: A Plan
Kelly found Tilly in the barn hugging her gelding. Kelly came in the stall with Tilly. They stood there in silence for a few moments. “Galaxy’s my best friend,” said Tilly, her voice shaking. “I don’t want to lose him.” “And I don’t want to lose Prancer,” said Kelly, “so we’re not going to.” Tilly looked up and turned to look at her sister, who had that look on her face, it was the “I’m hatching a plan” face. “What do you mean?” asked Tilly. “We’re just going to have to think of something, something that will ‘reduce the strain of hard work’, like Dad said,” said Kelly, “but it has to not include anything about selling or losing the horses.” “I’ll keep my eyes open,” agreed Tilly. “Let’s shake on it.” said Kelly, holding out her hand. Tilly shook it.
Three days past, but nothing came to the girls’ minds. The next day, Mr. Jackson put Midnight up for sale. Katrina was gone for the rest of the day. The twins decided to have a meeting in their tree house. “This is bad,” said Kelly, pacing back and forth. “You can say that again! I can’t believe Dad put Midnight up for sale! At least there hasn’t been any buyer’s yet.” said Tilly. “We have to think of something!” Kelly sat down on one of the bean bags in the tree house. “We have to think of something now.” said Tilly. The two sat in silence for about ten seconds until Tilly burst out, “I know! We’ll get summer jobs to help with all the money!” “There is two things wrong with that: one, it’s September and Dad defiantly isn’t going to wait that long before he sells most of the horses; and two, we already are really rich.” Kelly corrected her sister logically. Fifteen minutes later, Tilly shouted once more, “How about we enter horse- shows and we win and Dad becomes so pleased he let’s us keep the horses!” “There are three things wrong with that: one, there’s no horseshows going on right now; two, we’re not the best of riders and big crowds make you nervous; and three, what if we loose?” Kelly corrected her sister once more. Tilly was quiet for a while more until she yelled, “I’ve got it! Why don’t we, “ “Wait! Wait,” Kelly interrupted, “I’ve got it. Let’s ride at a stable!” “But we do have a stable,” said Tilly. “Well, of course we do. But I’m talking about something different. A riding stable, you know, like, you board your horses at this big stable and ride there for so much a month, and a riding instructor teaches you how to a good rider and equestrian! That way, Dad will have two horses off his hands, because they’ll always be somewhere else instead of here, and we have enough money to do it!” said Kelly. “That’s brilliant, Kelly! And we’ll meet new friends, and learn so much!” said Tilly. “We’ve got to go tell Dad,” exclaimed Kelly, flying down the tree house ladder.
*****
The twins ran into the house, slamming the screen door. They were almost to the living room when they ran into Shelly. “Girls! Slow down! What has gotten into you?” Mrs. Jackson questioned them. “Nothing, Mom. We just need to talk to Dad,” said Tilly. Then they barged into the living room. Shauna was there, but no Dad. Shauna smiled at the girls. “Hi Kelly and Tilly! Have you seen Katrina?” she asked them. “No, she’s been gone all day. She might be at Chad’s.” answered Tilly. “Have you seen Dad?” Kelly asked Shauna. “Yes, as a matter of fact. He’s in the barn talking to a buyer for Midnight. Sad isn’t it? Katrina must be super upset.” replied Shauna. The twins looked at each other in horror. They raced to the barn. Mr. Jackson was in Midnight’s stall with a tall man with a moustache. The girls went up to their father, ignoring the presence of the strange man. “Dad! Stop! We got a really good idea! You don’t have to sell Midnight,” said Kelly. “Now, girls, “ Tom said, half annoyed and half embarrassed. “Dad, please listen to us,” said Tilly, pulling on his sleeve. “You’ll have to excuse my daughters,” Tom told the man. “Oh, I can come back another time if, “ “No, no just let me talk to the girls for a moment.” Mr. Jackson interrupted the man and took his daughters out of the stall and into the feed room. “Kelly, Tilly! You know better! This man was almost ready to buy Midnight,” Tom glared at the girls. “Exactly!” said Kelly. Mr. Jackson sighed. “Girls, I know this may be tough, but, “ “But it doesn’t have to be tough. We don’t have to sell the horses!” Kelly interrupted her father. “Kelly and I found out a way to keep the horses and reduce the strain of hard work,” said Tilly. “In what way?” asked Tom. “We’ll board at a riding school, we’ll transfer Prancer and Galaxy to a riding stable, and then we’ll pay so much a month! Then we’ll meet new friends and learn more about stable management and riding and horses, and you’ll have two horses off your hands!” Kelly explained. “That is a very interesting thought. But don’t stables sometimes cost quite a bit?” Mr. Jackson inquired. “Sure, but we do have a lot of money, don’t we?” Tilly put in. “I suppose we do,” Tom agreed. “But I still don’t know.” “Can you just give us one chance, Dad?” Tilly pleaded. Mr. Jackson scratched his chin for a few moments, obviously in thought. “Alright. One shot, but then that’s it.” Tom finally said. Kelly and Tilly screeched, hugged their father, and ran out of the feed room. Tom followed. The tall man with the moustache was still in Midnight’s stall, examining the tall American-Warmblood/Saddlebred cross gelding. “I am afraid that Midnight’s not up for sale anymore, Mr. Kelley.” Tom told the man. Mr. Kelley chuckled, “One conversation with two girls and you change your mind, well I suppose young children tend to do that often enough. I must say I most disappointed, though. This horse is quite a beauty!” He patted Midnight on the muzzle, smiling. “If you ever change your mind, please let me know. I’ll offer over $4,000.00 for this boy.” Tom nodded, and the man left. Kelly ran over to Midnight and hugged him. “Oh, Midnight,” she said, “Katrina will be so happy to hear you’re not up for sale.” “At least for now,” said Tilly, “this is our only chance, Kelly, we can’t mess up.” Kelly grimaced. “I know,” she said, “we’d better get to work finding a riding stable on the internet.” Then the twins ran out of the barn and into the house.
Chapter 3: Finding a Stable
Kelly and Tilly came into the living room, looking for the family’s laptop. They found the laptop, but it was already taken. Katrina sat on the couch, looking grim, scrolling through Facebook. “Hey Katrina, can we have the computer?” Kelly asked her older sister. The teenager looked up at her. “Um, let me think, NO.” “You’re ipad?” “No.” “Iphone?” “No.” “Tablet?” “No, no, no and NO!” Katrina yelled; a bit frustrated. “But it’s our only way to save Midnight!” Tilly put in. Katrina looked up. “What do you mean?” she asked. Kelly explained their plan. Katrina smiled. She past Tilly her laptop. “You guys should have told me in the first place!” Kelly and Tilly ran to their room. They shared their own room and had bunk beds. They jumped on to Tilly’s lower bunk and typed “riding stables in Colorado” (, they lived in Colorado) in the Google search engine. 2,594 sites popped up. Kelly clicked on the first one. “Island Horse Stables in Colorado. $1,000.00 a month. Girls only, strict, and horses are chosen for you!” Tilly read aloud. Kelly grimaced. She exited that site and went on another one. “This one is cheap! Only $300.00 a month!” she said. “Well, its cheap-er,” said Tilly, “and look, it’s miles away from our town!” Kelly went on the third site. And then the fourth. And then the four hundredth. They found nothing to their liking. “Ugh,” said Kelly. “This is useless.” “Wait! We can’t give up hope, Kellianna Jackson!” Tilly said to her sister. Kelly turned to stare at her sister. “Don’t call me Kellianna!” she said, whacking her with a pillow. That started a full-fledge pillow fight, and the two girls rolled around on the bed hitting each other in uncontrollable laughter. When they finally settled down, Kelly said, “You are right, though. We’d better not stop until our eyes are dry!” Tilly rubbed her eyes at that thought. Then they got back to looking. The scrolled through the sites until ten o’ clock at night. They would have kept looking if their mother hadn’t forced them to go to sleep. At six o’ clock in the morning, Tilly woke up her twin sister, who was snoring loudly. “Kelly! Get up,” she said, shaking the girl. Kelly opened her eyes and then through a stuffed animal at Tilly. One second later, she was snoring again. Tilly shook her again, striped the blankets off her, and took her pillow out from under her. Finally, Kelly sat up in bed and scowled. “What are you doing?” she asked Tilly. “Waking you up! We need to look for a riding stable, remember?” Tilly replied. Kelly grunted. After a few moments of just sitting there, Kelly got up and splashed water on her face. Then she put a bathrobe on and some slippers and joined Tilly on her bed. “This is going to be the day that we find a stable!” said Tilly excitedly. Kelly yawned. “Why do we have to get up so early?” she asked. “To get a good head start!” Tilly answered. “I’m getting myself a pop tart, want one?” Kelly asked her sister. “No thanks, I was up at five and I already had breakfast.” the girl said, seeming very organized. Kelly disappeared down stairs and came back up twenty minutes later with a hot, buttered pop tart. “What took you so long?” Tilly asked her twin sister suspiciously. “Well, I accidentally stepped on the cat’s tail, I couldn’t find the pop tarts and then I finally saw them in the fridge, the toaster took forever, and the cat had licked the butter so I had to get another package from the fridge, then the butter stuck to my fingers and I had to wait for the water to heat up for me to wash my hands, “ Kelly’s voice trailed off as she paused to yawn for a moment- “, and I’m tired!” she finished.
But Tilly had only heard half of Kelly’s long review of her morning. She had already gotten on a site online. “Look at this one! ‘Horsez Ridin’ School, owned by Joseph Horzo. Girls and boys welcome, $650 a month, and your own horses are welcome to be boarded!’” Tilly read aloud. Kelly strained herself to peer over Tilly’s head and to the computer screen. “Where is it?” Kelly asked, unenthusiastically. “In the next town, Pine Valley! That’s only five point two miles away!” Tilly smiled. “Wait, how did you know that?” Kelly asked her sister. “Math, Kelly, math.” replied the girl. Look, it has a phone number! Let’s call,” said Tilly, picking up a phone that was next to her. “We need to tell Dad,” said Kelly cautiously. “Dad’s sleeping, besides, I’m just calling, not registering.” Tilly answered, dialing the number on the screen.
*****
Kelly listened as Tilly talked to someone over the phone: “Hi! I’m Tilly Jackson and I’m looking for a horse riding school, I saw yours online and was wondering if you could tell me more about it?........Really, , ..oh, , ..okay, thanks! Bye!” Tilly hung up the phone and mumbled to Kelly, “They only accept riders at the beginning of the year, plus, they only accept experienced riders.” “But we are experienced riders, Tilly.” Kelly said logically. “Well, duh, of course we are! But we’re not really good riders, we can’t jump, or canter and gallop very well. Galaxy’s horrible at dressage and horse shows, we’re not the best equestrians in the world.” “Yah, let’s keep looking,” agreed Kelly, taking to laptop and scrolling through the endless sites. Finally, an hour later, they came upon a very interesting site. Kelly clicked on it. She read: “Riding stables for girls and boys, in Blue Lake, Colorado. We board, teach riding skills, and accept beginners and experienced! $360 a month.” “Tilly, we LIVE in Blue Lake! They’re right down the road!” Kelly shouted, nearly waking up the entire neighborhood. “There’s a number!” said Tilly, already the phone in her hand. She dialed and it rang for about ten seconds (which seemed like forever to the girls,) and a woman answered, “Hello, this is the Blue Lake horse riding school, Mrs. Green speaking.” “Hi, I’m Tilly Jackson and I’m looking for a riding school, my sister and I want to board our horses.” “Well, you’ve certainly came to the right place! We board horses year-round and can register any rider any time,” replied the woman, “are you interested?” “Yes,” answered Tilly, “do have room if we did want to board?” “Let me see, “ the woman rustled around for a moment before replying, “yes, we do. My husband can always find room to fit in a rider here and there! Have your parents agreed to this?” Tilly thought for a moment, wondering what to say. “Well, my dad said we could search online for a stable, so when I saw yours, I decided to go ahead and call. I’ll talk to my dad when he gets up.” said Tilly. “Well, make sure you have your parent’s say in this before you go ahead and register,” said Mrs. Green, matter-of-factly. “Yes, ma’am.” said Tilly, winking at Kelly. She hung up the phone and smiled at her sister. “The woman was really nice on the phone. She said her name was Mrs. Green and she and her husband own the stable, I think. She said that they accept riders anytime, and that she has room to board us!” Tilly said excitedly to Kelly. “So you think that this ‘Blue Lake Riding Stable’ is a go?” Kelly asked, still unsure. “Defiantly. This is the best one we’ve seen yet.” Tilly replied, shutting the laptop and getting off the bed. “Well, okay,” agreed Kelly, deciding that it might not be too bad. The twins went to the kitchen where Mrs. Jackson was pouring Ben and Bill’s cereal into bowls. “Is Dad up yet?” Tilly asked her mother. “Yes,” replied Shelly, “he’s in the barn feeding the horses, but why do you need him?” Kelly and Tilly told their mother about the riding stable they had found. “What do you think, mom? Would you let us go to this stable?” Kelly asked Shelly. “Why, it certainly seems like a nice place! If your father is in agreement, I suppose there is nothing wrong about going.” The twin’s mother replied. Then the girls ran to the barn.
“Dad? Dad!” called Tilly. The girls found him in Delilah’s stall. “Dad, we found this stable called the ‘Blue Lake Riding Stables’ and the woman is Mrs. Green and she was really nice and she said we can board our horses anytime and that she has room for us and it’s $360 a month and, “ Mr. Jackson held up his hand to stop Tilly from her tongue falling out from so much talking. “Well. You girls certainly seem excited about this stable.” said Tom, looking at the girl’s expressions. “Is there a number I can call? I would like to talk to Mrs. Green myself.” said Mr. Jackson, walking in the house. The twins gave their father the number and Tom called the woman. The girls listened to his conversation: “Hello, this is Mr. Jackson, I believe my daughters called you about your stable, , ..yes, , ..really, , ..hmmm, , ..okay, that sounds good. One week it is. Thank you, , ..yes, goodbye.” Mr. Jackson hung up the phone and said to his awaiting and impatient daughters, “Next week you will try the stable. If you don’t like it, well, we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.” The girls squealed with excitement. Then they ran to their room. “This is our big chance, Tilly. If we don’t like the stable, Dad might decide he might as well sell the horses!” Kelly said in a serious voice. Tilly shook her head in agreement.
The girls couldn’t wait until Monday. Finally, it was Sunday. The Jacksons went to church. That night, Kelly and Tilly could hardly sleep. Tomorrow was a whole new adventure!

All the writeing is so good. Here is my seld dog one
Lucy the curly brown haired green eyed 18 year old called hike to the team of five sled dogs. The first 3 were all huskies. Their leader was the black and white male Star. Then the team dogs were the males Onyx and Obsidian they were red and white in color. Then the two wheel dogs Alaskan malamutes they were both sable the male was Coal and the female Jewel. The dogs moved in to a run. Lucy feels the sled move across the snow. She makes a kissing sound and the team moves faster across the frozen Alaskan tundra. It had been a day since she had been dropped out here with her team and all the supplies for 5 months out here. She grinned as they flow across the snowy ground. Her plan had worked she would spend the winter out here with her dogs training and studying the wildlife then she would go home and race her dogs. The team moved across the frozen river back to the base camp. She could make out the tent shape. She called Whoa as she pulled up the tent. Laying on tie ropes near the tent were 2 more malamutes Mica and Gem. Mica was sable like his brother Coal. Gem was a grayish sable color she was Jewel’s sister. Lucy climb off the sled and stepped up to the front. She kneels near her lead dog and pets him. She unclips the end of the gangline from his harness and leads him foreword. She un harness him and ties him back to his tie. Then she does the same for the rest of the team. Then she feeds then bowels of high end dog food. Lucy goes into the tent and lays down for a nap. The whole group naps. Lucy wakes to the call of a wolf pack just across the river. She climbs from her tent and goes to a raise overlooking the river taking along a note box and pencil. She watches as 2 male wolf come in to view followed by a female and two of the last spring’s pups. She writes in her book the date then Wolf pack the bigger black male is in change I’ll call him Zeus it fits as Zeus is the leader of the Greek gods. The smaller sliver one I call Sliver. The darker gray female is Hera because her mate is Zeus. The two pups are Leo and Bella. They are a great family the males and Hera hunt sometimes taking the pups with them. Sliver is so great with the pups. She finishes writing and goes back to camp. She makes a fire in her fire ring with the pot hanging pole over it. She gets the jerked deer out and puts it in a pot of water over the fire. Lucy brings star over to the fire and gets a brush and starts to brush him. When the pot boils she puts Star back and takes it of the fire. She brings over the dogs evening food already in bowels she ladles broth over the bowls then eats the rest of the meat and soup. Then she goes and gets the dog harnesses. She harnesses Mica and Gem in the wheel dog place this time. The next pair is Jewel and Coal. In the lead spot is Star. She climbs on the back of the sled. She calls hike the team moves forward down to the river an along in to a wide flat spot. She calls Whoa the team stops and she climbs of the sled. She walks out onto the ice and Over to the wood brace have her fishing pole hanging in to the water. She reel is in it’s a big old salmon. She takes the fish and puts in in the ice chest on her sled. Then she redbaits her pole and gets it back in the water. Lucy climbs back onto the sled “Hike” the team moves forward down the river edge. The come to where it goes into the small woods. She calls “Whoa.” The team stops and lay down. Lucy gets off the sled and walks into the woods. She goes to a rabbit trap it has in it a squirrel. She takes it back to the sled. Then she turns the team and heads back to camp. When they get there it is 4: 30 P.M. She unharnesses the team and feed them the broth dog food. She lays down in her bed and writes about the salmon in her note book. The she guts the salmon putting the eyes and the rest on it in a bucket. Then she cleans the squirrel and puts its guts in the bucket too. She get the hide hung up to dry. She then checks her watch its 6:30 she then adds more wood to the fire. Her pot is hangs back over the fire with fish and squirrel in it. She adds water and lets it cook she takes a bucket down to the river. She carries it back up and waters the dogs. Then she goes down to the river and bathes. Redressed in clean clothes she pulls her soup off. Then she gets a bowel and dishes up her soup and eats. She eats all of it then get both pot she has used. And carries them to the river she comes back puts the guts in a pot with water to cook. She cleans her pots and puts then away. The she checks the time its 7:30 pm. She takes the guts over a covers then with a cloth. Then she goes to bed. Early the next day at sunrise she climbed out of her blankets. Lucy backs the fire and grabs the dogs bowel carries then over to the food in the tent and the pot of guts. She put the food in the bowels with Jellied gut over top. She feeds the dogs. They eat swiftly. Lucy gets out her tea pot and boils water by that time its 7: 30 a.m. She gets a bowel and pours cream of wheat and hot water in it. She eats that and rinks some tea then she cleans the bowel and spoon and puts it away. Then she harness Mica and Gem as wheel dogs then Coal and Jewel then Onyx and Obsidian the leader Star is the last one out. She climbs onto the sled “Hike” the team leaps forward and heads away from the river. The team moves as one. “Haw” the team swings left. “Gee” the time swings back right. “Haw” the time swings right “Haw” the team heads back trod camp. They pull back into the camp after an hour that means its 9:30 a.m. “Whoa” The team stops and Lucy unhitches them. She waters the dogs. Then she walks over to the overlook and stands on the top of it with her note book. The wolves are laying in a small group. She dates the page then puts Sliver is lying away from the pack curled up asleep. Zeus and he must have fought again. They fight like brothers by evening he will be back with the pack. I think Zeus and Hera are Slivers parents he is young about 2 to 4. He is the packs low man even Leo and Bella out rank him. Leo is so sweet he just got up and went over to Sliver and curled up with him. Here comes Bella she joined her brother sleeping with Sliver. The pups are so sweet. Lucy closes the book and walks back to camp. The dogs are resting all but Star. He is staring at her. She grabs his leash and puts him on it. Then she grabs some dog treats and puts then in her pocket. Star heels at her side easily.
Lucy, “Sit.”
Star sits and Lucy gives him his treat.
Lucy, “Heel.”
She steps forward with Star at her side.
She stops “good.”
Then she tosses him a treat.
“Sit stay.” Star sits and she backs away.
Lucy counts quietly to 100 then calls “Star come.”
Star races over to Lucy.
Lucy, “come to heel.”
Star walks around her to her right side. Lucy gives him a treat.
Lucy, “Good Dog.”
Lucy walks back to camp and puts away Star then its 11:30 she eats some jerky. The she puts the red and white Onyx on his leash. The dog bounces happily at her side. She works him like Star then does the same with the other dogs by then its 2: 30 P.M she leads out

Real life story. ---

Today I lost a friend.
He was 17 when we met.
Always had a slightly goofy streak, when he moved here he became very attached to my little pony Splash.
He liked everything *just so*.
He was settled in his habits.
He liked a bran mash.
He was cantankerous.
And lovable. I will miss him greatly.

RIP Cowboy, AQHA.

Gone at 33 but not forgotten.
