| Tauriel took Brego out of his stall and watched a girl who looked familiar, groom a familiar looking stallion. She took his sheet off and checked his hooves and coat. She brushed him and tacked him up. She then picked out his hooves and put racing boots on. Then she walked over to the girl. "You must be the one I've been following for a while. | Tauriel stepped back at the girls outburst. "I'm sorry. I was just trying to be friendly." she said her defiant side coming out. "But that was not what I said. All I said was I didn't know why you ran from me. Like I said I just wanted to be friends." she said. She turned on her heel and walked back to Brego. She flicked her long hair behind her back and unclipped Brego's crossties. She led him out and mounted. Brego pranced and snorted. Some of Tauriels energy from frustration Brego could feel and was getting antsy. "Lets go boy." she said. They rode to the track and Tauriel nodded to the track recorder. Tauriel cantered Brego to the starting point warming him up. When the bell rang they took off everything passing in a blur. "Lets save the good stuff for racing." | Tauriel and Brego raced pass the finish line. Tauriel pulled Brego up who put in a rear for effect. "Easy boy." Tauriel said. She cantered him back and the track guy handed her the sheet for that training session. She rode off the track and dismounted. She walked to the barn leading Brego and looking at the sheet. She nodded her head pleased with the times and folded the sheet up. She untacked Brego and put a thin cooling sheet on.
