Green Valley Riding Stables| Can I join? |

Jennifer: I run to the stables and quickly groom and tack Radio Active up for the lesson that's going on right now. I give him a big hug and say to him, "I'm so so so so sorry that I've been gone for so long, boy, but don't worry, I'm back for good now!" I lead him out to the arena and say hello to everyone as I mount Active and warm him up. I wave to Anna and everyone else and smile. |

I have him do a 20-meter circle, then we head for the first vertical. We go over it easily, then I guide Active to the right and we sail over the first fence in the first combination, then pop over the second like it's nothing. As Active is landing, I look to the left and Active follows my eyes and goes over the brick wall. He stumbles a bit at the end, but I righten him and we go on to the triple bar. "You like these." I whisper to Active as he gathers speed and lunges over the spread. I then slow Active down as he goes and canters to the first fence of the triple combination. He soars over the first and second fence, but at the ascending, he falters. I push him on, and he almost refuses, but I use my legs to push him on, and he bounds over it from a slow canter. I let out my breath as he lands. He spins out his canter and slows down to a walk. "Awesome job, boy! Good boy!" I say to him, then walk him back to the group with a smile on my face. |

Kiki yelled to her mother as she unloaded her new horse, Mia. The young mare's ears pricked up, and she pawed the ground excitedly. Kiki could tell that the horse was energetic and ready to go after the hour long journey. She carefully led the fidgety horse to the barn and closed her in a stall. Then, she collected her brushes, saddles, bridles, and blankets, and put them safely in the tack room. Kiki stopped outside, a little tired from all the heavy lifting, and surveyed the property. It looked like there was a lesson going on, and she wanted to be a part of it. Mia was too energetic right now, though. Kiki decided to ride her a little, just to tire her out a bit, and then join the lesson. The girl saddled up her horse, led her to one of the empty outdoor rings, and mounted up. Mia tensed up when she felt the weight of a person on her back again, and let out a little buck. Kiki stayed on, though, and gently nudged the mare forwards. |

Kiki: I couldn't be concerned for Alex; I had my own issues. Mia was being her usual ornery self, and I just couldn't get her to behave. I tried everything, and she still was acting up. Exasperated, I grabbed a lunge line, dismounted, and started lunging my horse. She cantered around me in circles, not showing any signs of exhaustion. After 10 minutes, she finally was a little calmer. I mounted up, and noticed the difference between immediately. |

Adele gets out of the truck and goes towards the back of her horse trailer. She presses the green button and it lowers the gate down. Vizeryn snorts and sways her tail, waiting for Adele to grab her. Adele's father takes out Jax and Adele hands Vizeryn to him as well. She looks around, trying to find where she can sign up and be introduced to the stable.* |

Adele teathers Vizeryn up to a stall to put Jax in. Then she unteathers Vizeryn and puts her in her stall. Afterwards, she takes two golden plates out of her backpack. One says "Jax" and the other says "Vizeryn." She slides them in their stall doors.* "Very nice. Aren't you guys magestic together?" *Adele gives some treats to them and then pats their muzzle, going out to check on her father.* "Did you give her the paper?" -Her dad says yes and says goodbye to her, wishing her goodluck on her new repuation at her new stable-. *Adele walks up to Anna* Excuse me, Anna, is it? Do you have any trails that your able to ride your horse on?" She asks. |
