Ok those characters sound great! Sierra can absolutely work for Crystal. I'll start the role playing:
Crystal walks across the clinic to put up the "open" sign. Even though she has been a vet for two years, she still gets nervous when a new employee comes in. She picks up the new vet's application. Her name is Sierra. She sighs, and says aloud, Well, let's just hope I don't mess up. Tommy, an orange tabby cat that is recovering from a broken tail and is allowed roam the clinic, looks at her with distaste, as if her speaking had disturbed precious silence.
