What is a scavenger hunt?
It is a weekly contest where the member who has logged the fastest time gathering and dropping off all the items needed wins 3000 Wiggins bucks. You can read more about scavenger hunt prizes in the Wiggins Weekly under "News" at the top of every page.
What is a quest?
It is an errand or task that you can do to help out at Club Pony Pals. Every quest starts with a note. The first quest note is pinned to Crandal's barn bulletin board. Look for it next to Mrs. Crandal's outgoing letter to be mailed. To see what needs to be done, click on that note.
A quest may be a simple task like getting some apples for Anna's mom. When you finish one quest, you can choose if you want to do another.
If you accept a quest, it will be in your saddlebags inventory. Then a QUEST tab will appear on the left upper edge of our game play window, just below your user name. Click on that green QUEST tab to make it drop down like a window shade unrolls. Look on it to see what you need to buy. Then hop on your pony or take the bus to downtown. Go shopping. Sometimes you will have to go to more than one store. When you have all the items you need to finish your quest, click on the QUEST tab, drop it down and see where you need to drop them off.
Make sure you drop off scavenger hunt or quest items in their correct container, basket, can, barrel, can or bin. Each drop off location has their own kind.
There are drop-off points in Crandal’s Barn, at the Sander’s Beauty Salon Porch, on Harley’s Porch, a donation bin on Klines Hardware porch, a potting shed on the Wiggins estate and at the Wiggins mansion. New quest drop off points are being added all the time.
Every time a quest is done, a new quest note will appear. Click on that note to see what the next quest is. Any time you decide you do not want to do a quest, you can choose to “quit” and that note will be there if you want to come back for it later.
If you are not sure where your next quest starts, click on the "find quest" tab on the upper left in your game screen.
You can quit a quest by clicking on your saddlebags inventory and then clicking on the quest and choosing “quit”.
Do not forget, some quests take place on the Wiggins Estate and you must have bought an Olson's pony and paid your board to ride on that trail and finish a quest that goes there.
