Hi everyone! I'm the prezzi (and creator) of the Horse Crazy Homeschoolers club.
This is a club for us homeschoolers. Feel free to ask me questions about any subject! Although I tend to be bad at writing, but with everything els, I'm pretty good, especially ponies/horses!
Ask me anything to do with homeschooling, I've been doing it for over 6 years.

Hello. Can a grown up join? :-) I homeschool my children, and I joined CPP so I could play with my daughter. My daughter was so excited to see this club, and wanted me to join too. She will request to join after I get off the computer.
If you don't want a grownup, my feelings will not be hurt. :-) |

| Hi guys! I'm going into 11th grade and have been homeschooled since 1st grade. I love homeschool. I am a christian. I own an ex race horse named Moose who I took right off the track and have been retraining for the last 10 months. I just recently got him to the point where I can ride him by myself. He is AWESOME! |

Mistyhorse11- Sure you can join! I hope you like homeschooling. Remember, if you live in a state without testing your pretty much free to learn at your own pace. :)
DTKLOVER- I've been homeschooled scince first grade too, although I tried a pravate Christian school for 3rd grade but it was pretty similar to homescholing. There were only 7 other people in my class.
Thats great that you got an off track racehorse. I bet it takes alot of time to retrain a racehorse, they're so ergetic. |

stars&lotr- Yah, the horse I'm doing showmanship is a paint mare named Ollie. I'll be doing novice so I don't think the pattern will be too hard. I really got walking and stopping down and going from a standstill to a trot to a stop almost perfect! All I really need work on is pivoting and setting up.
DTKLOVER- Yah, I bet it's pretty much like training a young horse. All racetrack horses know is to run and turn left.
I went to a reglar school for preschool and kindergarten. I don't really remember it but my mom says that I hated it. That's one reason I'm homeschooled. |

| HI DTKLover. What program are you using in My Father's World? We did Adventures several years ago, then we tried Exploring Countries and Cultures. We didn't do as well with that, but we went on to Creation to the Greeks. We didn't too well with that one either, so we went back to Sonlight. We just really like to read a lot! :-) I think that MFW is a wonderful program, and so very well done! It was a mystery to me that we could do so well with Adventures but not with the other programs we tried. I think that Adventures was just what we needed when we did it, but that our needs changed. We were doing so much reading that we decided to go on back to Sonlight. It is a real blessing to live where we have so many choices! |

| I have a mix of stuff. Rod & Staff english, Saxon Math, LIFEPAC History, A Becka Science and a book for Bible Study. And this year I'm going to work on writing too scince I really need work with it. I'm not very good and I don't really like it but I know it's one of those things ya just have to know. |

I was the same way Tigress! Like, I hated taking notes during sermons, seminars, the like. But then I went to the Horse World Expo with my bff, and I took notes from my fav seminars. Now I'm much better. And I never liked writing, until I realized that I could write fun stories about stuff I like, and now I can't stop!
