| My bad habbit is bitting my nails aswell. Lianna, try this- get a ruber band and put it around your wrist. When you get ready to lick ur hands, pull back and give yourself a little hit with the rubber band. Does anyone else have any suggestions for Lianna? Or anyone else with bad habbits? |

| Biting your nails is annoying, huh? Same Dizzy! I stopped for a couple of weeks, then it got so tempting. My long pretty nails looked like they needed a 'trim' so I decided to 'trim' just one nail. Then the next. Then the next. Until I 'trimed' everyone. :P |

| Can I join? My bad habit is (it is very embarrasing), I suck my tongue, it is kind of hard to explain I kind of stick it out, and i touch my bellybutton so now it sicks out, and I am an outie. Any helpful suggestions? I really need to stop. It has become so bad, that I will stick out my tongue, and I won't even know it. PLEASE HELP ME!!! |

Comanche, can you wear nail-polish to your school?
So I have a bad habbit. I have a locket that a like to suck on, and it distracts me during class. And its gross and people stare at me when I do it. Advice? |

That stinks Tay. Okay so maybe try...not to use them. Only use them when they HAVE to be used. Like if a teacher asks you to write something do it then. But if she doesn't, shove your pen or pencil in your pencil case.

Well,I have a bad habit,and it's embarrassing...
My hair gets very oily,so I think I actually get pimples on the top of my head,and scalp. I pick them and it has gotten so bad to where it bled. It's not as bad now,I've ceased to "pick" as much,but I still do it. Can somebody help? |
