hi, can i join? what i know, is that if you wan't your horse to gbe bombproof, you have to get it used to things. To train, you have to get it used to people. A good buy is too see if the horse will let you catch it. A good, friendly horse has wide ears and bright eyes. if it is not a good buy, it won't let you catch it. its ears are firm together, eyes are showing the whites, and short mouth means it is impationt. if it has had nasty owners, it may be afraid of everything, so look in his past. good friendly owners mean the pony will probally be nice. I want to join! My horse Comanche is a Stallion and is 2 yrs old and soon we are going to castrate him so then he will be a gelding. But he is really really naughty and nips and trys to run you over.But that isn't even the beginning of it! Here is his problems: 1. Bites People 2.Chews on anything he can reach 3. Doesn't go in his stall unless food is there! 4. He try's to breed with the mares in his enclosed area. THINGS HE HAS BROKEN: 1.2-3 halters of his own 2. 2 other horses' halters 3. All 4 barn lights has been torn down. 4. 3 stall boards 5. A lot of the fence 6. Also he has broke packages and ate my grandpa's wedding ring	Comanche1999 & Dancer

you should know the horses ways; grumpy or lovely, kind or mean. it all goes towards what your looking for. some stables, like the grenneery stables, look for green horses, train them and sell them. some people send their horses there for a while to un-green them. they get them back as soon as their horse is what they are looking for. hope this helps, ~ Ellie ~	Ellie Renneberg2 & Max
