I keep walking done the isle's I stop a pretty black gelding. A tall black TB Quater horse mix. I have a look at him strong body good back. I call you over. He is nice don't you think?
I read the card; Need a quick sale just take him. Age; 6 Breed; TB/Q Height; 15.4.
I wonder why the want to sell him so bad. You say/do
Right you stay here incase anything goes wrong I'm going to go in and take a look at him. I open the gate to his pen.
His eye's go wide with fear and he backs up into the back of the pen. Me; Not a great sign might just be because of all the noise and also might be the ruff people that unload them into the pen's got him worked up. I walk toward him slowly,I talk to him softly. I get almost near enough to touch him everything seems fine as he stands still as though he will let me touch him. But then he rear's up throwing out his hooves almost hitting me. I hurry out the pen closing the gate. You say/do Me; Well that was pleasant,It's sad though he'll probably go for meat. I sigh anyway's shall we keep looking? |

Next we look at a cute Bay gelding with one white sock. I go over to the gate,He is just standing still sleeply. I look at him carefully he look's in good shape well fed and looked after and not worried about us,He is one of the lucky one's better first owner's I'd say. His card say's the following; Handsome Gelding,Good Breeding,Very sweet and well behaved. Age; 7 Breed; Hanoverian Height; 16.1.
Right I'm going in lets hope he dosent try kill me I joke. I walk in slowly closing the gate behind me. He just stand's still snorting softly as though I was not here. I go over to him and stroke him,He just ignores me munching on some hay. I look all over him lift his feet and all. Me; Good Shape and he has good manner's. |

Right later we will have a chance to see how he moves if he is nice or not in the bidding pen but I'd just like to test a few thing's first. I throw my hands in the air trying to see if it will scare him he looks at my hands coldly and then keeps eating as though he was saying really? I walk toward him putting my chest forward's. He walked backwards from the food without any problem. I waved my hand's behind him he walked around me calmly. Me; He is well trained,My only worry is that he might be slow or to easy for you to ride. But you cant really tell unless you ride them yourself. other than that i'm sure he will have many more bidder's so he might be expensive. Did you feel anything special with him? You say/do |

We keep walking. I spot a pretty paint horse.
Ahh it's another gelding I say pretty!
It say's Breed; Warmblood Age; 8 Height 17 Temp; A beautiful pure warmblood gelding. He was trained in eventing he is a great jumper and really soft and easy ride,can do dressage though too,It's with a sad heart that I sell this boy as i'm moving countries.
Me; He look's really nice,You like him? You say/do
I go in he snort's before rubbing his head on my shoulder. I stroke him looking him over. Great everything is perfect.
I think his black and white coat is so cute. I do the same test's as before he only just worries about my hand,Backs up well,and is a bit more forward going when I get him to go around me.
Me; I like him,He is going to have alot of bidders and might be very expensive, Did you feel anything special with him? you say/do.
I'll tell you a secret if you don't buy him i'll make a bid i'd love to have him as a private horse,as long as he dosent have too may bidder's,I say as I smile at you.

Next we look at a pretty white mare. She has small brown spots all over her white body.
Her card read's. Breed; Quarab. Age; 8 Height 15.8 Temp; A very talented mare she can be a bit naught at times but with some more training will be fine,she has done cross country and Showjumping up to 1.20m.
I go into her pen you like her so far I ask you say/do.
I do the same test's again. She get's a little scared at my waving hands but not badly. She back's up without much fuss and she is very forward once you get her to go around you.
Me; She is a nice mare plus her price might not be to bad But some people might say a little naught when they mean alot. But she was not too bad might not be as good as the geldings but she looks like she could go place's. You have anything special with her you say/do

When I see all the horses I smile. As we walk up and down the aisles see lots of people and horses. We are looking at the white mare with brown spots when I hear a shrill whinny down the aisles. I walk towards the sound and I see where it is comes from. The is beautiful pure jet black horse pacing in his stall. I walk up to him and read his pen card

I look at him, small compact body and as quick as a Flash.

We go in with him he is sweet a little spooky but not anything like sky.I look at his legs those are going to let him jump high i say. I check his feet not great contition but with a little help he'll be as fit as can be! The speakers come to live it's time to bid. |
