Whew! Thanks, Jane! We moms are busy folks!
How was everyone's Thanksgiving? We planned to eat out, but it took us two hours to find a place when our first choice didn't pan out. We had planned to coook on Friday, so we did, and it was delicious. Next year we cook at home on Thursday and eat out on Friday! Or maybe we don't eat out at all, but just enjoy delicious leftovers! |

| Eating out on Thanksgiving sounds fun.....busy restaurants though! We had a good Thanksgiving, we ate at my mom's house (kdude and rdude's grandma) which is always fun :) Now we are in Advent and doing Christmas prep....fun but busy season!! |

| Busy is the word! I have been meeting myself coming and going. We've had several special dances at our square dance clubs, CoolGuy took the ACT, we had our church cantata, and our Christmas Eve service is going to be combined with the live nativity/carol singing on the same night. As soon as New Year's is over I want to sleep for a week! LOL |

| EagleGirl, It sounds like you are busy and having fun! It is funny how busy it gets this time of year. Time seems to fly by....every year I tell myself that I am going to slow down! Kids and their activities keep us busy and church really makes us busy this time of year. One of my friends and I always joke that January is our hibernation month so we can recover! |

Hey there moms! How are you all doing? Are you busy hibernating? LOL Things have slowed down a little for us, but I think that may be temporary.
How did you celebrate the New Year? We cooked a ham and watched a movie on New Year's Eve - pretty exciting, right? And of course we had blackeyed peas and greens for New Year's Day.

Been a bit busy handling things here at the barn. Lots of horse comics -- they keep us on our toes I think. Good exercise, too.
