I'm walking up to Fern's paddock, just so I can say hello. Others are glancing at me as they walk by. Every time I turn around, I see someone looking right at me. However, I know this isn't to be creepy, it's just that I'm new here. After giving Fern one last pat, I turn around and walk to the barn.

As we are getting her things I tell her "So, I know you said Layla said you can ride a bit before you take your lesson. Do you want to go work in the arena with me after we finish getting your stuff out of the car? We have a competion coming up soon and I need to practice." |

We walk to my car and gather my things, Koda asks, if I would help her with her jumping. I say, "Sure, I have competed in a couple of jumping shows, it is really fun." We walk into the tack room, and I set my things down. I ask Koda, "want to do it tomorrow? I have to go pretty soon, but can I help you with Snippy, I want to get to know him." |
