1.Maybe we can have a store where you can make your own tree for your cabin.
2.We should have another room for the christmas tree and when people send us presents it goes under the tree and we open them on christmas day.(I always do this thing you can open one present on christmas eve and one on New years Day)
3.Maybe we can have a secert santa for 1 week.like send them small presents.In the middle of the pal corral have like this big box with everyones names in it(Probably the people who are on every day or at least every other day or something like that).

Lol Rusty! Anna, for a float, people choose their favorite club to help decorate a float about that club. If you own more than one, ask someone in 1 or more of your club to supporvise the floating. Do you get it now? I can explain more if you have questions! Thanks guys for all your support!

I love the Secret Santa idea!
How about with all the competions we have the first competion is in secret and the creators of the site (Anna, Mrs C, Pam etc...) judge it and there are about 10 winners, but no one knows the winners. The winners of the following competions (like the clothes design competition) are awarded with these secret saddle pads in either western or english roma pad style and maybe include a tack set too other than the simple tack set. This means that only one person has this saddle pad!The designs of the secret saddle pads will not be reavealed until the end of January and up until then the winners will only be sent the tack.

It seems to me that we are just spouting out ideas and nothing's being planned, so I think that...
1st: We should set the date (if not already done)
2nd: We should plan events, such as:
a. contests
b. chats (if wanted)
c. the shows (maybe on the chats)
3rd: We should choose the prizes for the contests
4th: (This has more to do with how the club runs) To choose the prizes, contests, etc. we should use a vote such as 'aye' or 'nay' and JC can be the final decider.

How about we just start at the start of January to February so we have 31 day or should we extend it to the end of February, it is only an extra 28 days so a total of 59 days should give Mrs C. to et everything programmed and ready.
2. Mrs C. can you possibly search this chat and choose a few contests and announce in this chat which ones you have choosen and maybe you could make some up too.
Could we also arrange about 3 chats with maybe a christmas quiz like:
Admin: Who had a red nose?
Player1: Rudolf
Player2: Rudolf
Admin: Well Done player 1!
so there will be about 30 questions (if we can fit it in) so everyone can have a go at winning! |
