Hi! Can I join? I've read all of the books (including most, if not all, of the extra books such as Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them), and I've also got access to extra info from JKR's new website. I'd guessed it for a long time, but I can say for sure that I'm a Gryffindor - that's the house I was sorted into using the official "Sorting Hat." Though it's not completely definite, I reckon still reckon fits me best ;)
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I know the answer to orangeonfire's question. From what I've heard, they did film it with the original actors/actresses looking much older, but once they got it on screen they looked too old, so it had to be re-shot. If that's true, I's say they were playing it safe - but they still don't look too young.
Did you know that the first and last words Dobby was ever heard to say in the series are 'Harry Potter?'

I had always been torn between the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw houses when it came to figuring out which House I'd be sorted into if I were a Hogwarts student. I'd always thought I had a bit more Hufflepuff in me, but when I was sorted on JKR's website I turned out to be in Ravenclaw. I was so happy I wasn't a Hatstall. It'd be so hard to choose which house to join between those two. Proud to be Ravenclaw. :D
I agree that Draco is mean, but I sort of sympathize with him because of all the pressure placed on his shoulders, with him becoming a member of the Death Eaters and then having his parents and Voldemort always watching over his shoulder and then trying to choose between "good and bad" choices and that. |

Narcissa wasn't actually an official Death Eater like her sister and husband - she didn't have the Dark Mark. Yes, she turned up to just about everything, but that was because her husband/son were there. She went along with the Death Eater ideals, until Draco was the one in danger, because she followed Lucius. I think the Malfoys were more the type that wanted power, and to be with people who have power, until it gets dangerous - and by then it was too late to back out.
