Jane Crandal & JB | | 2012-05-25 00:14:17 | | Yay! Gemma is going to get another horse for Western stuff if you don't mind.
Gemma: *Pats Lady* We won girl! *Walks her to the stable to groom her and wait for Khon to arrive*
Registered Name: Around the Corner
Name: Khon
Age: 3
Gender: Stallion
Breed: Pure Breed Andalusian
Colour: Black
Markings: N/A
Height: 17.3hh
Gemma: *Sees a trailer pulling up* That must be Khon!
Uncle Joe (Not real Uncle's name): Here you go Missy. Got a crazy one though. 10 bucks for this wild thing, very over priced.
Gemma: 10 bucks! Thats dirt cheap. I would have thought that he was a 10 thousand dollar horse by what you said of him!
Uncle Joe: Well, here you go. *Unloads a black stallion with a wavy mane and tail and a high head, the stallion prances and paws the ground*
Gemma: Let me get Lady in her pasture, we just won a Jumping Contest!
Uncle Joe: Congratulations!
Gemma: *Puts Lady in the mare pasture to gallop around* Thanks. *Takes the lead from Uncle Joe* What's his name again?
Uncle Joe: Around the Corner. *Drives away, after putting his tack away*
Gemma: Well 'Around the Corner', I need a nickname for you. Ari... No... Nerd.... Definatly not... Khon! *Khon jerks at the loud burst of words* Sorry Khon. Here, lets groom you. *Leads him to the cross ties and grooms him, then tacks him up in a black and silver western saddle with a white fleece pad under it and a black cradle bridle with a Type 1 bit (Parelli stuff), puts on the black and silver Breast Plate and black bell boots and overreach boots, then puts her turqouise helmet on and mounts up* Khon, we're going on a trail ride. Wait. *Replaces the bridle with a rope hackamore* Better. *Walks Khon out of the stable and out so everyone can see him* This is Around the Corner. Or Khon. *The once wild Stallion's eyes soften at the sound of her gentle voice and her gentle hands, he side-steps when he hears a rabbit in the bushes* He's a little spooky, but that's just because he's new, and he was abused. My Uncle bought him for me and told me his story. Joe bought him for 10 bucks, when Khon is worth about 10 thousand. |

**Please Tack up your horses. We are going on a trail ride. The trail leads to a barrel racing ring. So You may want to bring a western saddle. If not you can use mine. and also we are having a HUGE Competition I'll explain it.**
This barrel racing competition that we are traveling to is a qualification round. You have to bring your "A" Game to this. My three judges are judging you and will determine If you can go to the All state Wiggins competition. Sponsored by the Francis animal shelter. You will win a nameplate custom made by me with your name and horse, And a ribbon! And maybe a little prize by me. Are you guys ready? Lets trot on the trail. Were almost there!
**I mount rusty into my nice silver lining show saddle. I trot next to TShorses chatting about this upcoming competition.
