| (I mean choose one specifically. You cannot do all events, you must choose and stick with one. For example, you could say that you and BOTH of your horses do Eventing, but you can't do all events and have one horse do 'English', the other 'Western')

Athena: "Oh, I know them too well. I spent all summer for almost six years maintaining the trails, but I hear they re-mapped them. I'm so excited!" I sip my apple cider, munch on my last bite of breakfast, and finally stand up, hurrying forward to dump my tray as the rest of the kids surge forward to eat. Returning to the table, I grab my helmet and put on my gloves. "Well, I'm going to head out. If you want to go on a trail ride, meet me in the northwest outdoor on your horse." I turn and disappear out the door, jogging down to the pasture, catching both of my horses and disappear into the team's personal barn, casting one last look towards the mess hall as I do. | Four Star Dreams & Kipper |

| Kaili: She got up from her seat and walked towards the door. "See yall in a bit!", she called over her shoulder as she waved. Her fingers clasped around the zipper as she yanked it up to her chest. 'Gosh its cold..' Kaili thought as she slipped her hands into her pockets. Her legs carried her over to the tack room. Her eyes searched for the familiar purple halter along with the black leather one. She saw what she was looking for and grabbed them and their lead ropes before walking over to her frisky mares stall. Sunny's chestnu head swung over the door as a whinny escaped from her. Her hoof pounded against the door as her owner walked up. "Geesh calm down." Kaili opened the door and slipped the purple halter over her delicate muzzle. The small, but strong mare trotted along side Kaili as they headed to the pasture. Kaili stopped in her tracks and let Sunny walk a few circles around her. "Calm down or I'm taking you back to your stall." Her chestnut ears perked forward as Kaili continued down the path. Sunny sniffed the metal gate as it swung open. She half-reared almost dragging Kaili to the ground. Kaili let out a yelp as her arm was yanked upwards. She led Sunny into the pasture and unhooked the lead rope. Sunny took off at a canter and let out a buck as the other horses ran along side her small frame. She sighed and walked to the more behaved stallion. Kaili whistled and Chex came trotting over. She stood over the fence and petted his big head. "Hey pretty boy. Ready for the trail ride I promised?" He lifted his lip and bobbed his head as Kaili laughed. "I'll take that as a yes." She opened the gate and slipped the halter over his white head. She clipped the long crossties to his halter and began to groom him. His ears perked as she walked back into the tack room and came out with his tack. Chex turned his head to watch her lift the western saddle onto his nicely conformed back. Kaili got the bit into his mouth with some difficulty and led him out. She slipped her foot into the stirrup and gave a cluck. The golden stallion gently started into a smooth trot with his head held high. You could see the proudness and strentgh with every step he took. Kaili leaned back in the saddle and pulled him up beside Cloudy and Summer. "So, what trail are we going on?", Kaili said as she stood up in the saddle and shifted her weight around double checking the girth was tight enough. Kaili sat back down and loosened the reins as Chex pulled up his back hoof and stretched out his neck.

| Athena: I glance up as Mia approaches, giving a half-smile as I tighten Ari's girth. "Yup! I cleaned up Stormo and Ari, then turned Stormo back out. I have to get a few more miles on the trail alone before I'm prepared to ride him in a group." Ari grumpily accepts her bit, getting used to the D-Ring by playing with it as I lead her outside. Pulling my helmet on, I mount and allow Ari to trot down the hill before entering the arena. "Hey, Kaili! I was thinking we start on the lake trail and see where it takes us. Better warm up now, it can be quite the workout for the horse!" I cluck Ari into a trot, and her tail, starting at silver and darkening to black, flows behind her like a flag. She carriers herself elegantly, with an athletic and forward movement showing an earnest towards her job instead of a resentment. She snorts and shakes her head proudly as I release pressure on the reins and lazily drop one hand to my side. Amie would sentence me to stall duty for a week if she saw me in such bad posture, but I decide that a trail ride is suppose to be relaxing. My hand reaches above Ari's neck, and the dappled gray mare bursts forward in newfound excitement, for such a thing never happens. Kicking my feet out of the stirrups, I enjoy a couple laps of the unbridled joy and power of the horse, but pull her in a tight circle when she starts bucking ecstatically. Laughing, I return to the group. "Well, looks like someone's excited," I say, patting Ari on the neck. | Four Star Dreams & Kipper |

| Kaili: "Thanks. I like your horse too." She patted Chex's neck as he itched his leg."I'll have to agree with you on that." Kaili picked up the reins and gently nudged Chex into a trot. "I'm gonna warm him up a bit." With another tap of her heels, the golden stallion picked up into a lazy canter. She kept the reins inches above his withers as his head hung downwards. Kaili leaned backwards in the saddle and he slowed to his smooth trot. Chex's white legs moved gracefully under his powerful body. "Wanna slide?" His ears swiveled at her voice as she asked him for a faster canter. He jumped into it with a swish of his tail. Kaili kept a bit closer to the railing then normal so they would stay out of the other girls way. She lifted out of her normal posture, brought her hand higher on his neck, and leaned backwards. Chex was a bit confused since they were only cantering, but listened anyways. They slid for about 10 feet. A smile came across Kaili's face as her nails ran up and down his crest. She slipped her feet out of the stirrups and led the now warmed-up stallion over to the others. Chex nipped at Cloudy's neck. Kaili pulled his head back and led him in a small circle. "Sorry 'bout that." She stopped him a little farther away from the other stallion, making sure they were a horse-length apart.
