1. Trail riding! (I don't show or rind in arenas or rings or anything on Sioux. It's all on open pasture or trails and whatnot, but at my lessons I ride in an arena, and they are really boring, but I have learned a lot. It's just no fun for you or your horse to just walk or trot around in the same tiny circle, over and over again. The horses there are sooooo bored. And they live in tiny stalls too.)
2. Katie
3. Western
4. Training and bonding and I think riding English would be cool too!

Oh, and someone said if your horse spooks at something to keep it from looking at it and turning it's attention to you or something, but that's not quite right. What you need to do it let the horse get a good look and sniff of it so that it can understand that it isn't frightening.

I am sure a lot of you know this already, but here is another tip: lean forward if you you want your horse to go from a canter to a gallop! And sit back if you want your horse to slow down!
