Ashleigh: I turn to Summer. For the Thoroughbred race at Briarwood in two weeks. I turn to see Sierra and Kierra and Ty leaving. On second thought, I think I'll come along. I come with them to the barn and grab some oats. I wait until Ty's done feeding him before gently putting out my hand for Fury to lip up the oats. I pat his muzzle affectionately. Kierra: I start scrubbing my tack, once I finish I tack up Gold and warm her up, I take her to the track and put her in the gate, I nod to the man operating and rise into 2-point, both hands on the taut reins, one hand grabbing her mane and the other holding the crop, the bell rings and I kick Gold, she bursts forward and I move my hands with her head, we blur around the track, I let her loose a notch at the chute and we gallop faster, I tear around the last corner, I slow her and look to the man Operator: 15 seconds the first lap, same with second.
