Jean: (I sit bareback on Maxi in a paddock) Take it all in girl. I guess this is our new home. (I pat her neck) Let's hope we make friends here. (I drum my heels against Maxi's sides and start cantering bareback around the paddock. I spot Ali and Ty) Look, Maxi! There are some girls near the paddock! (I wave to them) Hi! (Jake is new too) Jake: I drive up in a glossy, black pick up truck, I pull into a parking spot and put it in park, I jump out and dust off my vintage wash jeans, pulling a white Stetson over my jet black hair, I walk to the barn Just to worn you guys, my horse is coming, and he's kinda crazy. So keep a good hold on your horses in case they decide to gallop with him. A stock trailer pulls up and I grab a halter, I slip in the trailer and come face to face with a very angry looking stallion, I slip the halter on and clip it quickly, he starts bucking and jerking at the lead, I bang my fist on the door, my signal to open it and I let him go first, then I hop off the trailer and walk the dancing stallion to his stall, I close the door behind me and take off his halter, I slip through the door and close it, locking it after me, I hang his halter by the stall door, I turn around, and seeing that Black Jack's ride is gone, I dip my Stetson to the others My name is Jake. This here is Black Jack. He's fresh of the Plains, so he's pretty wild. I'll be training him up for a friend of mine. I make sure the trailer is down the road Actually, he's a birthday present to my sister in a couple months. Don't tell her that or it'll give away the surprise. I need to get him relatively docile before June. I have my work cut out for me, don't I Black Jack? I scratch the stallions forehead, he jerks back in surprise, then leans in He was trained a little back at the BLM, so he could be adopted out. But he's still pretty wild, as you could see. My soft, velvet voice was tinged with a Southern accent, with a little touch of Spainish (like, from Spain, not like the overall language speaking group) I'd better get his stuff. I walk to my truck and pull a bunch of things that look like luggage, but are just carriers for his tack, I carry three black bridle bags to the tack room and plop them down, I return with two saddle carriers, they go on the floor, I bring back blanket carriers and a grooming tote, I unzip the bridle bags and bring out one soft brown, gentle snaffle english for training, one soft brown ,gentle curb western, and one jet black, rhinestone encrusted western curb bridle, each has a name plate on the back reading 'Black Jack', I hang them up, I unzip the saddle bags and pull out a soft brown, western saddle with a brown and white alpaca hair front cinch and soft brown hind cinch and a name plate with 'Black Jack' on the back of the cantle it has a matching soft brown breast collar, the other is a jet black, rhinestone incrusted saddle with a black leather front and back cinch and matching jet black, rhinestone incrusted breast plate, it also has 'Black Jack' on the cantle, I put them on the racks for Black Jack, I unzip the blanket carriers and pull out a red, brown and cream Navajo pattern saddle blanket and put it over the brown saddle, and then I pull out a white saddle blanket and hang it over the black saddle, I pull out a black night blanket and matching turnout sheet, they each have 'Black Jack' in white on the right hind part, I pull out a black cooler and put it with the blankets in a drawer, I put his boots in a basket and a Lycra hood and put it with the sheets, I put a poll guard with them too, I put the bags away and walk out to look around	ParelliChick & Lady of the Mist

Jake: I walk to Karoline I'll help. I'll help you with the horse over there too. I jerk my thumb at Joker, I slip a halter on Gent and walk him to the cross ties Can you get his tack and grooming kit? I clip the ties to the sides of Gent's halter and pat the pony's neck Hey boy.
