Lightningpaw nods and starts off. Her tail drops down until near the ground as she scans the forest, and spots a mouse. Let's start here, she thought.
Silentsong turns back and calls, "Foxpaw! Come here, I need to talk to you." |

Lightningpaw stalks quietly towards it, but a faraway call scares it. She trots deeper and starts stalking a squirrel, half embarrassed by her mistake:You took too long!
Silentsong looks at him. "We are going out hunting with Lightningpaw and Rainwhisker." She waves her tail at the path they took. "They have started already, so try to be quiet." |

Lightningpaw circles it, trying to approach from behind. The squirrel keeps moving, yet at one point she gets a tail length close to it and it starts running. Yet she pounces, landing squarely on it's shoulders. Startled, by accident she let's it go. However, she quickly gets to it again, it's tail was bleeding so it was slower, and she kills it.
Silentsong notices a robin flutter off after concentrating, and takes a path to the right into the brush. After reaching a clearing, she starts stalking a rabbit. I mustn't take too long, they go off after a while. She successfully hides herself, and she is burying the rabbit while thanking StarClan a few moments later. She comes across an area in the trees where a bunch of robins and some other birds are singing. Finally, after searching she finds a robin. |
