Honestly, I want to make myself believe in fairies, but I guess I'm just too... "down to Earth", so to speak. Any ideas?

Well, not a lot Roncy, but I just love to still believe in fairies...maybe not so much as in only fairies, but mythical creatures such as unicorns and pegasus and giant eagles (lol) I love to imagine them, and capture as much as I can in a sheet of paper (which is, to say, I manage only to recreate a tiny bit of it). But I still love to imagine, and I guess that makes me a dreamy sort of person - I was known to space out in class sometimes lol.
What about you? What kind of a person that you think yourself to be?

Well, here's one from me:
I have no idea how or why this had happened, but it certainly hadn't been just once. It's been a few years, but when you mentioned your question, it came back to me. I thought you might be interested to know.
So it was like I was singing to myself outside my grandpa's house, in the small garden he owns, and then quite suddenly the wind blows whereas a few moments the air had been still. It's happened a few times though, so now I'm convinced that it isn't just a freak coincidence.
What do you think of it? I have no idea whatsoever about what it could mean. LOL

Well bubbagwen859, if you don't believe in them, why are you here?

Haha I get your feelings sometimes Rae. It's like you're so desperate to glimpse something that sometimes, you think that you distinctly saw something even if that 'thing'have absolutely no connection to fairies. LOL

You know, when I was 12 (and I got discriminated in class because of a harmless joke by one of my classmates that some of the guys got too serious about it) I even imagined things that didn't exist...it was like trying to escape into a fantasy world that I could fit in again (well thankfully when I got into high school I had made new friends) but Year 6 was a hard year for me.

Sorry that you had to read that, but that was mostly what made me the person I am now. Don't feel bad for me; I'm over and done with that part now. Now I don't care what those guys still think of me - they were such horrid jerks.

I do believe that escaping into fantasy worlds that year saved me from going insane altogether - and I am so glad that I had believed in fairies enough lol

I hope you don't mind me saying all of this (mostly) unconnected things here, but I wanted you to know about it, so that next time before you say a joke about something, think before you say it or it might just hurt someone.

Darn it. I hate how dark it all just turned - but whatever. And besides, it was that year that I started to love writing stories (I had loved to read then, but not write) And it was also that year that I fell in love with LotR.

Hey, Roncy, where are you hiding? Tell me and Rae about how you have convinced yourself that 'I just saw a fairy!'? haha I guess I'm pretty interested in your answer, seeing that you yourself had said that you were too 'down to Earth'...
