***ALMOST HOME STABLES***
Almost home stables is a competition camp for girls. For 14-18yr olds. You learn how to be a better competitor and get to compete in English and western events. You get to have at least 3 horses. | Heather: *I take everyone to the barn for the tour.* "Follow me! We are going to the barn!" |

Bryan: *I walk outside with everyone*
Jessica: Hi everyone! So, as you can see, this is the barn, everyone knows their horses stall. * I walk over to one side* This is the tack room, after the tour you can put your tack in here. I will give your barn chores to you in the morning. The feed is over here. *I gesture my hand over to a corner. I walk outside* Here are the paddocks, we have 3 large paddocks, and 2 smaller paddocks. You have to ask for your horse to be put in a paddock. We do English and Western training. Abigail does English and Bryan does Western. We have 4 riding rings, there are 2 English, 1 outdoor, and 1 indoor, same for Western. * I walk towards the riding rings* The outdoor is for practice and the indoor is for competitions. We also have a few trails you can ride on. That's about it! You can, hang out in the dorms, or put your horse in the paddock, or go to town. What would you all like to do?
Ashley: Can I go trail riding?
Jessica: Yes, but the rule for that is you have to go with someone, who would like to go with Ashley?
Abigail: Bryan and I can help with putting tack away, or feeding your horse.

Ashley: Hi Lizzie! Let's go tack up the horses! * I walk by Lightning's stall and tack him up, and grab my riding helmet* Jessica, do we have to be back by any certain time?
Jessica: You have to be back no later than an hour and a half, then we are all going to town! |
