***CRAFTING CLUB***
It is about crafting, crocheting, knitting, sewing etc. You can post patterns and tips!

Hi Sugar, Okay, I looked it up. I found a cool video entitled Arm Knitting for the Clueless. It sounds like it was made for me. LOL I can't wait to watch it!

Hi Sugar, I didn't watch that one yet, but I watched one from Michael's. It was a little confusing. I am looking forward to watching the "Clueless" one. I also saw a couple of videos on finger knitting. I wonder if that might be easier to start with.

Anyone know how the two compare?

Finger knitting isn't very wide. Arm knitting is much wider because your arms are longer than your fingers are wide. Finger knitting is easier. You can start with that then move on to arm knitting.

hi this is a great project for storing bands from bandaloom
glossary dc-double crochet st-slip stich r-round
you can have it bigger or smaller depending on your hole.
make a slip stich and crochet 3 holes and have a slip stich at the first hole then go in to hole having the tail rest at the side of your work and go once then twice depending on how many times you go around the tail will disappear pull the tail when it becomes 3cm and you will tighten the hole then go to the first stich put the hook in then grab the yarn or wool it will make a second loop and pull then go to the next stich and do the same the best way to keep track of the rounds is a safety pin continue r 1 and 2 then 3 at r4 tighten the the tensions and at the hight it will curve continue r 5-7 then pull the loop big at the last stich and cut yarn and pull through the loop and put nail polish at the end of the tail and weave in the tail with a yarn needle

Is anyone working on any projects?? I am currently working on a crocheted pot holder. It is SOOOOO easy!

Use an I hook
Ch 30
Single crochet in each chain. Then single crochet into the other side of the chain, instead of going into the single crochets you just made. keep going around and around, single crocheting. When you feel like it is big enough, you will pull the ends in together to make a square, then you will darn it together. If you don't know what I mean by that, then look up Close up potholders in google search. There will be a picture that has pink, purple, brown, and cream. Click on the link for that pic.
