Little House on the Prairie roleplayIris and James sat, reading in the dim light the candles offered. Luckily the storm cellar had a stove and furnace, so the parents cooked the meat from the store. Jeannine got out the salad. From what little carrots and tomatoes she gathered from the garden, she made juice and used the remains to make a salad. Between the 6 of them, they shared the meat, the salad and the juice.
They used the dusty blankets they had to make a pallet. Luckily, they had just enough to have 2 people per pallet. It ended up being the parents, Iris and James, and Thomas and Tony.
Myles ran up to Iris and licked the salty tears off her face.

*Eliza gives Mazie and Bandit food and water, then Andy comes in*
Eliza: "Are the Animals alright?"
Andy: "Yes, they're safe. I got back just in time. The tornado will be on top of us very soon."
Anne: "Pa, what's that noise?" *Everyone goes quite and listens*
Andy: "That's the tornado. It's on our house. I pray it's alright."
*Hazel feels uneasy and goes over to the dogs. Anne goes over to her and strokes her hair till Hazel falls asleep, leaning on Mazie*
