The car bounces slightly along the road to my boarding school. I am nervous, not only will I be away from home for three months, but my best friends Liberty and Price wont be there for another two weeks. My horses are still at home waiting to be transported to Apple Creek, so they wont be here for a while. My mom reaches over and Pats my knee "Don't be scared Mace, you are going to love it here. New friends, riding and school. All of you favorite things." I sigh and reply "I know, I just wish Prince and Liberty were here to start with me." My mom smile then says "Okay, we're here." We turn on to a cobblestone drive and pull up in the parking lot. The large dorms are off to one side along with the school building. The barns are further down the hill.
