Apple Creek Boarding School
Apple Creek is a boarding school where the kids take classes and also do a lot of riding. The school mostly focuses on western riding but also has instructors that teach English riding.

Skye: Yah, I think I'll wait it out with Macy. Sword isn't much of a jumping horse, we mostly just do western pleasure.	pp2 & Finnigan

Amber- "Okay. Fine. If you're too chicken to do it." I trot Royalty to the starting line. I take a breath and kick her sides hard. She takes off and after a second I see the first jump. A pile of logs a foot taller than I usually jump. I grip the reins almost pulling her up. But knew I wouldn't let myself back out the minute I crossed the start line. She reached it and leaped over the pile of logs. I held on and we land it. A smile spread over my face. We kept on and came to another even higher jump. On this one I lost my stirrup but got it back easily. We took five more jumps with only a bit of trouble. Then we came to the last jump. Two rails over a wide stream. Royalty slipped on some mud right before the jump but leaped into the air anyway. This threw off my balance and I lost both my stirrups. Her front hooves landed on the ground and knocked the reins out of my hands. Royalty slipped on the bank and I slipped off her back. I landed in the mud on my side and shoulder. After a second to make sure I hadn't killed myself, I got up and walked over to Royalty. Her reins were hanging on the ground. I grabbed them started walking out of the course. My shoulder hurt, but I knew I was fine. I checked Royalty for injuries, but she turned out to be fine. We walked back on foot to where the other girls were.	SWC & Starsight

Macy- "Well, that was certainly something. Guess that's what you get, serves you right." I say crossly. Then I add "You are all right?"	Ponygal103 & Sai

Amber- "Yeah well lets see if Heather can do any better." I swipe the mud off my green and gold breeches. "I doubt it." An incredibly sour look on my face. "Lets see it Heather."	SWC & Starsight

Heather- she smirks hiding a worried face for Amber, and then pushes Ari into a canter, they approach the first jump, a pile of logs, and Ari eagerly jumps over it, getting a little excited he does a side-step Whoa, boy let's not get to excited. she continues over the next jump which was a little higher than the last, but Ari still jumps it, it throws Heather a little off balance but she manages to hold on and continue over the next jumps managing to clear them, when they approach the last jump she tries to slow Ari down but, he doesn't listen and speeds up. Heather pulls back on the reins and stops him in the mud, she circles him and then tries the jump again, Ari jumps over it but knocks down a rail, she then walks him back over to the others wiping some mud off her face So, uh anybody else sure they don't want to give it a go? Skye: I watch as the two girls do the course, scared for both of them, especially as Amber falls off Um, yah, I'm sure I don't want to do it. It probably wasn't a great idea for either of you to do it without experience or an adult here. I say we should head back now on a nice, flat trail. Maybe they will have something less dangerous for us to do.	pp2 & Finnigan

Heather- Fine, fine. she soothingly strokes Ari's neck which was caked in mud You are going to need a bath boy. she says to him, pulling her hand away from his neck and knocking all the mud off of her glove	GodHorsesAmerica & Pocket Full of Sunshine

Amber- "Fine. But tomorrow I'm trying it again." I mount up and canter Royalty to the barn. I untack and groom Royalty and leave her in her stall. I don't wait for Heather to come and go up to our room. I take a long shower and get dressed in clean clothes. I grab my book and collars on my bed. I grab my phone and set an alarm for 4:00 am. I've decided that I'm going to get up that early every morning until I do the cross country course perfectly. I start reading my book.	SWC & Starsight

Heather- after washing Ari she puts him in his stall and heads up to her room, she takes a quick shower and slips into her PJ's, some colorful fuzzy pants, with a big black t-shirt, she then walks up to Amber So, uh what are you reading?	GodHorsesAmerica & Pocket Full of Sunshine
