kdude and I looked up the most common spider in Oregon and found out that giant house spiders and hobo spiders are very common in homes. Orb weavers are very common outside in gardens...especially this time of year. We couldn't find the most common spider....will have to do a little more digging on the internet :) | Mdude & Barbie |

:) I still haven't found the most common spider....apparently there are a lot of spiders in Oregon but not as many as other parts of the world! The most common ones we see are these real long legged small bodied house spiders. We call them peanut spiders and a I know a friend calls them Ghost spiders...they love corners. We also get a lot of garden spiders this time of year...beautiful webs but I am not fan because they freak me out and I get nervous about running into them when picking veggies! | Mdude & Barbie |

There is this Spider called a Brown Recluse. Of coarse, they are brown and have like, long legs. They are highly poisonous! We have them where I live. Luckily, I've never seen one. They are hunting spiders and like to hide in dry places. | PonyPalClub & Snazzy |

I had a dream last night and Rdude`s bed was outside and a huge garden spider crawled in too his blankets or maybe it was my blankets. I would NOT want that too happen in real life! | kdude & Wisteria |
