Emily: My Mom drives me to the stables in the truck that is pulling the two-horse trailer behind us. My Mom parks, and she says to me, "Would you like help unloading all of your stuff honey?" "Sure." I say, then hop out of the truck. I walk around to the trailer and open it up. Moonbeam is in the right side; all of my stuff is in the left side. "Hey boy!" I say to him, then un-clip him from the trailer and snap his leadrope onto his red halter, then I lead him out of the trailer. My Mom is standing there outside of the trailer. I say to her, "Mom, can you please first bring in my tack trunk, please?" I then lead Moonbeam to the front of a humongous stable that has at least 40 stalls in it. I look around for the owner, Anna, I think her name is, but don't see her or anyone in the stable. I look at my Mom, and she points to an indoor arena. I lead Moonbeam to it and see a woman instructing people who are riding. My Mom calls out to her, "Hello, I'm here with my daughter, Emily Green, and her horse, Moonbeam. We were just wondering what stall we should put Moonbeam in and where all of Emily's stuff should go." We stand and wait for an answer. |
