Hey, it sounds pretty darn good to me! I love how you worked in wolves; I can't write poems about wolves. I don't even know why. I try and they fall apart like wet cardboard. I haven't even started my poem yet...urgh. |

Really? Wolves are one of my favorites too; although I don't have much wolf stuff in my room. I've got some pictures of WWII fighter planes I drew, and this picture I found online of Cary Grant with the caption 'Keep Calm and Cary On' (a little clever pun there). I've been meaning to get a wolf calendar, but I keep finding other calendars with cool stuff on them--my latest one is Ford Mustangs. I've seen plenty of coyotes in my day but never an actual wolf, alas, except on television. . .

Well, I mean we've cleaned it all up now, so we have a yard. I'm sure that our poor yard will be scarred for life though. . .XD
I currently have a Mermaid calendar in my room. But, I've had pretty much just horse, dog, and wolf calendars over the years. Eek, coyotes. My dad can't stand them, I honestly think he would rather hunt coyotes than deer. . . .XD |

I've never branched out to mermaids before. . .usually I'm just cheap and use whatever wildlife calendar the Nature Conservancy sends us every year. XD You know, the ones with lots and lots of pictures of adorable fox cubs and songbirds looking cold and pathetic in the dead of winter.
They are mangy little cusses and they have absolutely no shame. One summer down in Texas, they were so bad that local authorities were warning people not to let their pets or small children outside alone because there was every chance in the world a coyote would show up and try to get them. So yeah, I sympathize with your dad. XD The only reason I hate the deer up here is because they do nothing but cart ticks around and throw them on people's lawns. |

I'm a swimmer so mermaids are kinda my thing.XD Well, the only reason I have it, is because of my brother. Me and him have a tradition, every Christmas we buy each other a calendar. I bought him a NCIS one for this year and he bought me the mermaid one. I even have one of those mermaid tail blankets, which are super comfortable by the way.
We don't have them that bad here. But, I kid you not, if me and my dad are hunting and he sees a coyote. You don't want to be near him.XD

| No GHA it's good! And Canada isn't known for it's natural disasters. Unless you count blizzards. We've had snow in august. And at least three feet of snow in the actual winter. |

Three feet?! In Oklahoma last year we had possibly one-sixteenth of an inch of snow, and I absolutely hated it. Remind me to never go to Canada in the winter. |

Come up to Oklahoma then. We had a cold snap the other day that I suspect gave me a rip-roaring ear infection in my right ear, but we won't know for sure until we get to the doctor's and he puts strange instruments up my ear canal. The other night it was in the mid-30s. *sigh* I miss the good old Texas coast winters, where 50 degrees was cold, 30 degrees unheard of, and subzero temperatures were horror stories told to little children to make them live right.
