**** BAKING AND COOKING CLUB****
Share cooking tips and recipes here. If its from a cookbook say where you got it, please.These are a couple of old time recipes that my mom has passed down to me.i dont know where she got them from.
all veggie salsa. you will need two tomatos, an onion,a bell pepper(doesnt matter what color, but we always use the green ones),lemon juice,and salt.
1. dice up all the veggie into small peices,not chunks or else ir wont turn out right.You can use a blender if you want.
2.add the lemon juice, it really doesnt matter how much, just give it a good squeeze!
3. Add 5 pinches of salt then stir it together.
Put in the refridger over night and the next morning pop open some corn torttelia chips(perfebly the scoops) and enjoy!! | Jaszmyn11 & Black | 2011-04-26 16:54:10 | | Hi i am new here but this looked fun so heres my recipe:
T.C.C Pizza:
Ingredients-
3 Pizza bases( bread, naan or normal)
1 jar of tomato, capsicum and garlic pasta sauce
Cheese
Method:
Lightly toast your pizza base.
Spread the tomato, capsicum and garlic over the pizza bases.
Grate your cheese and sprinkle on top.
Put in the oven at 180°C until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
Cool for 1 minute then stuff your faces and enjoy!!!

P.S Me and my mum made this recipe when we were all craving pizza but we didnt have any and the shops were all closed so we used naan bread cos it was the only thing in the house!!lol | Silvermaid & Sprite | 2011-04-29 02:19:20 | | here is a delicous recipe i have it for me tea nearly every day!
the recipe is called barbequed sausages!
ingredients:
BBQ sauce (barbeque sauce)
Sausages
Chips
Salad
1) get some thick or thin sausages
2) cover the sausages with barbeque sauce
3) cook the chips and the sausages
4) while you are waiting make the salad (put whatever you want in it, for example carrots, lettuce, cucumber, tomato ect.)
5) cook the chips untill they are golden brown ( same with the sausages)
6) serve the chips and the salad and sausages
7) ENJOY!!!
this is a very tasty meal for you , yourfamily and friends to enjoy!

It's a treat
Take a large square container and take 2 boxes of ice cream sandwitches layer them one way then the next layer lay them out the opposite way before you do the second layer of bars spread cool whip then do the second layer then do more cool whip and then you can do whatever put carmle on top or chocolate or both :)
It's fast, easy and it's good

1. Empty a can of soup into a bowl, and stir continuously for approximately 4 seconds.
2. Microwave mixture for 2 minutes, or until hot.

If you take shortbread cookies, Put some coolwhip on then cute up some fruit, whatever you like, I usually use strawberries, Then drizzle a little bit of carmel, Those are pretty good :)
