Well I have quite a few animal problems seeing that I have lots of animals! But my worst one at the moment is my cat, he is very old (16)and he has had cancer since he was 14 the vets can't fix it but he is still happy. It's in his chest so we have it drained so he can breatth about every 6 months. It's getting worse, he is really thin and has started self-harming. How can a cat self harm? you ask well he takes a bit of fur and then rips it out until the area hepicked on his back it all red and sore. Mum's scared that this is an attempt to stop pain and the only way to stop it is to put him down. I'm scared that's exactly what's going to happen!

that's awful!! Just try to think the positive which is " He'll rest in peace " and "it's for him" . i know it's harsh but take photos of you and him, walking playing having fun and have a memory book where you stick it in and so evrytime you there's a bad thing happen, just flip through that and it'll help, i know how it feels for someone like an animal have to be put down who you knew for a long long long time but it's not the time to give up!!1 keep on trying , i know you can, WE know you can, all of us

| TGG i got it i know whats wrong with your cat he either has:Flea allergies,Allergies,or he has Mats! What you do is feed him and after hes done eating (he will be relaxed after eating) then get a brush and secciors and talk to him camly if hes not calm then try again next time this treatment is for fleas or mats. Check if he has any bugs. But if hes allergic to something then tell your vet if hes a allergic to something. Tell the vet to check him out. |

I know how hard it is to deal with a cats death. Our cat Sadie basically drowned. Her lungs were flling up with water and we did all we could for her but one day we woak up and she was gone. Have the cat checked out to see if it is bugs. If not you have to decide what to do. You don't want her to live in pain? Oh hi people I want to join.

| You can join MAC1023. Yes i used have a pet cat named Sequa. He died of old age. I miss him alot. Its so amazing though how attached that you get with those animals. Even fish! |

| well my mum has checked it over, she's a vet, and she said it was mats but his caner has got worse now they had to drain his chest and they got about half a litre out *winces* I will make a photo album of him, thanks forthe idea |

| I know the day that Sadie died I stayed home that day from school. I was in sixth grade so even if your older you still love them. That day I gathered all the pictures of sadie and made a slideshow of all the pictures and had nice music playing in the background. I have a picture of her on my bedside table. We talked about her and all the good times we had: we she fell asleep on my head, when she bit my head, when she snuggled, when she stool my meatballs, when she ate cheetos and cheeze potatoes and when she would hit our dog on the nose. It all helps but I hope your cat gets better. |

| Dear,fluffy23 and others, Thank you fluffy23 you helped me alot and remember the boy that wanted to be my friend well now were becoming friends:) Im soo happy because today at scince class(i have scince class) he handed me a rock that was part of our study he was scared to hand me the rock he was shaking a little but then i put my hand out to get the rock he smiled he know iforgive him and that i was sorry so i smiled at him back!
