| That's good that she's riding again TS! I do have one question, does anyone have any tips on posting without stirrups? I can sorta do it, but I feel like I'm out of sync with Pressed, and I come up over the pommel of the saddle instead of going up and down. I'm not currently taking lessons, otherwise I'd ask my instructor for some tips. |

| i didn't get to paint sinbad my head has been hurting like crazy and nothing helps it i have 3 drugs in me right now and it still hurts and plus i'm very dizzy i have an MRI next week:( |

When u trot with out stirrups u have to do a sitting trot and u could practice that with stirrups. u can try to get ur horse to do a slow bouncy trot and u also have remember ur position, heels down, sit up, head up and everything else. hope that helps mybeauty |

| i home school so that isn't much of a problem my head doesn't hurt as much anymore its just the dizzyness but the medicine gives me chest pains. poor sinbad has to be taken care of by my sister i've haven't been out there since tuesday and i don't plan on going out for a while i have a hard time getting up to go to the bathroom. |

| I've actually been working on a sitting trot without stirrups too! Wasn't sure if it'd do anything, so i'm glad to hear it does do something! Pressed won't jog, he's a ex-racer and a hunter, so he thinks he needs to do a working trot! Although he trots slower when i'm posting without stirrups because he's my babysitter!;) I keep coming over the pommel too when I post without stirrups, is that normal for posting without stirrups? I don't do it when I post with stirrups. I know i'm not supposed to be over the pommel in two-point, so that's what makes me wonder. |

| when i post without stirrups i touch the pommel too i think its just normal i've haven't done it for a while but it does wonders for your legs! |
