| since my old horse is a thoroughbred he gets a really big coat and he is already shedding alot and winter is still kind of here where i live! |

| hey dreamer welcome to the club ask anyone for advice around here so u could try lunging her before u ride do u know what lunging is and u dont ride her until she isnt bucking at the canter and she could be uncomfterable at the canter like if she has arthritis my horse has i little in her hock and she doesnt like to go on the right lead but u could get her checked by a vet |

| if you can get a trainer to help you that prob. be the best thing to do if not then you could try lungeing before riding and keep her head up because its harder for them to buck with their head up. hope this helps dreamer! |

| Dreamer, have you had a flex test done to Dreamer by the vet? My mare did the same thing, and it turns out she was hurting in her withers. If you've gotten that done and she was sound, when my mare did that my unofficial instructor at the time to me to swat her on the rump. Although it maight make a difference as to what type of bucking she's doing, is she kicking her hind legs out or crowhopping? Don't let her put her head down, it'll prevent her from doing really big bucks. If she's pulling on you too hard too put her head down, push your knuckles into her withers, it's weird but it makes her pull against herself instead of you.
