| Potpourri: I tenderly care for my lilacs in my garden.
Garnet: *Gallops as fast as he can* "Potpourri? where are you?" Farah: *Follows Garnet herself* "Garnet, slow down! you'll hurt yourself or ruin-" But it is too late, he crashes into her garden, sending delicate petals flying. Potpourri: *Screams, then ducks behind a tree.* "Ahhh! Monster! Wolves!" Farah: I shout; "See, what did I tell you? You scared the poor, shy, thing half to death and ruined her hard work for the fair. The petals are not supposed to be floating yet!" Garnet: "Oops! but why does she have to be a scaredy cat!" Farah: "That is not a nice thing to say!" Potpourri: "Oh, it's just you two!" I barely whisper. Garnet: "Hugh? What'd she say?" Farah; I look at him, then walk up to her. "What did you say, dear?" Potpourri: "Oh, it's just you two!" Farah: "Oh. Now what was so important that you careened into her garden and ruined it, Garnet?" Potpourri: "Are some magical friends in trouble?" Garnet: "No." I catch my breath. "I was helping some leaves fall when I saw a group of horses talking. I heard something about a race, so I came here to tell you guys." Potpourri: "Oh, I'm not so sure-" Farah: "No Garnet, that is not important enough to wreck someone else's property-" Garnet: "But it is!" Potpourri: "Guys-" Farah: "No it isn't" Garnet: "Well-" Potpourri: "GUYS! Please stop fighting!" Farah: "You're right, I'm sorry you guys." Garnet: "Can we go? Please! Please!" Farah: "First you need to apologize for wrecking her garden." Garnet: *Hangs head* "I'm sorry." Potpourri: "Oh, it's okay. I have more. But do I have to race?" Garnet: "Oh, come on!" Farah: "Now Garnet, she has work to do." Potpourri: "No, it's okay." Farah: "Are you sure?" Potpourri: "Yes." Garnet: "I think it was this way!" I take of to the right galloping, but I make sharp turn, and turn to the left. "No, this way!" *Takes off on them.* Farah: "Oh, he is soooo reckless and crashing into things. Let us follow him."**The two stayed next to each other, often getting lost at times in the fall trees. Farah: "Such beautiful scenery!" I slow to a trot. potpourri: "Oh yes, even though my flowers are gorgeous, I love the trees too. I haven't got any in my garden." Garnet: "Hurry up you two, it's just ahead!" I call way ahead of them.
