Shelby: Nods and rides into the arena. She warms up Shadow at a trot before coming up to the 4 footer. She brings Shadow into a canter and they start to take off. as they do, Shelby keeps her heels down, leans forward and looks straight ahead. Shadow soars over it and they land with a thump on the other side. they cool off and then Shelby and Shadow exit the ring. She grins as she says "That was pretty good but May is the best." May: 'Oh, no." Shelby: "Oh come on I've seen you do it before you are amazing!"	lydagdolllover & Captain Kirk

Alex grinned. "If you're not gonna go.." He clucked to Aero and tapped his heels on the horse's sides, and the horse took off towards the jump at a brisk canter. As Alex leaned forward, his stirrup strap broke. A look of panic came over Alex's face, but it was quickly replaced with one of determination as Aero prepped over the jump. He gripped the horse's sides a bit harder, slipping his other foot out of the stirrup; it was just jumping stirrup-less, how hard could it be? Really hard, apparently. Alex nearly slipped as they landed, and he brought Aero back over to where Jason was, grimacing. Aero was snorting, dancing a bit. "I need to go into town later and buy a new saddle, anyways.." He grumbled, pulling up next to Jason, who was looking at him through wide eyes.	Dasher & Aero

Madelyn: You okay, Alex? I seen what you did wrong. First, you didn't warm up Aero all the way. Second, you applied to much pressure on the stirrup's. When you put to much body weight on them, They tend to brake. It could have put Aero in a situation that could have hurt him really badly. But I think you will do better next time. I do agree getting a new saddle, We have practice saddles in the tack room. "Jason, Do you want to give it a try? Trots over to Alex. "Don't worry, You will do better next time, It was a honest mistake I have done it before. And I'm Advanced! Does a chuckle and walks back in front of everyone.	Varonnica & Vizeryn

"I think that it was just the straps and the fact he was leaning too much," Jason put out there. "He's had that saddle for years, and he's always jumped the same way; a bit too forward when he's been riding Western for too long. Aero was nervous because Alex was leaning too much, therefore Aero tried to compensate and keep Alex on his back. I've seen it before." Jason explained, rambling just a bit. Alex gave him a less-than-amused look, hopping off of Aero and taking off his saddle and the saddle's pad, hanging them on the fence before using the fence to get back up on his horse, bringing him back over just in time to watch Jay. "Of course," Jason smiled, giving a rather grumpy looking Alex a look that dripped with amusement. He asked Winter to go into a canter, and they headed off towards the jump. The two looked at ease as they easily popped over the jump, swinging back around at a slow trot. Jason's eyebrows, however, were furrowed. "The strides were off." He grumbled madly as he came back 'round to the group.	Dasher & Aero

Dresden:Me next!I fold up my stirrups giving Alex a playful smirk and canter Edana over to the jump without any stirrups, when we're one stride away she flies over the jump with a graceful arc,landing on the other side with a soft thud,I pat her neck proudly and slow her to a posting trot, still not using my stirrupsbeat ya Alex! Madelyn: "Dresden don't ever ride without stirrups ever again here! Even if you do know how its still dangerous unless if your riding bare back". With a mad disappointed look, She got her whip out and gave Bella a little smack on the rump. She hands out everyone a whip. "Now, these are Whips. If you want your horse to faster, use this and give your horse a little smack. She seen everyone's faces looking like "Are you kidding I would never do that"! "It only hurts if your horse isn't used to it. Jason, why don't you demanstraight to the WHOLE class, (Class is another word for 'all the people'). She says with a clever face.	Varonnica & Vizeryn

Jason narrowed his eyes, inspecting the whip. "The only reason I use a whip isn't for contact.. If I may," Jason gets off of Winter. "When we train yearlings or green horses for trail challenges. And even then, we don't use them for contact, only a non-harmful way of encouragement. We tie a plastic bag to end and use it to get them used to the noise of it all, and not to force them to go faster.." He said hotly, before handing her the whip back. "And I, for one, won't whip my lady here. If you want your horse to go faster, you should ask them.. Not force them." He got back on Winter. "We should continue with the lesson, though." Alex was busy looking at Dresden with an amused face. "We did a unit on stirrup-free riding. It's a useful thing, especially if you have an encounter like I did." Alex said, shoving the whip into his boot, disregarding it and the talk about whips. He hadn't used one on Aero ever, and wouldn't start now.	Dasher & Aero
