"these horses have been through cruelty and are scared to death of humans and they havent been outside in the world for a very long time. Please listen to me, they cant be ridden, or lunged, and cant be worked yet. They are still getting used to the world, and how things look, work, smell, and they dont understand. Please ask me 1st before doing anything with them please, otherwise they wont understand and will be even more frightened of the world. So please, just put them back in their stalls, and meet me in the conference room of the RB." i hang up and go to the Rb conference room, shocked of how no one even thought to just let them get used to the world.
