***ADVICE CLUB*** In this club you can ask me for advice. I will try to give my best advice to you!!

Admin: go ahead and answer but there are some serious reasons parents will not allow kids to chat on an unmoderated site. CPP is fully moderated by live adults.

Save up your own money for a phone. Ask why your sister has all those things and u don't have anything.

Dear Sugar,
I have this friend. She is nine years old and lives in my neighborhood. This summer we started a dog walking/pet sitting business. We made a lot of money and it was fun, for the most part.
However she was away a lot this summer and felt she should get paid for not working, she wanted to be the one to keep track of the house key for pet sitting jobs, yada yada yada.
We worked out most of the little kinks along the way because we are great friends, but she got my parents involved, causing our parents not to be a good of friends. I feel terrible.
Not only that, but the other day, she brought up that she had gotten a huge pet sitting order. She and her dad were almost teasing me, with her dad telling her not to tell me about the order when that was our agreement when we started the business - we have to immediately tell each other about orders when we get them. She finally explained that it was for a cat and we'd be earning a lot of money... That stuff. But she failed to tell me where the person lived when I asked.
My parents want me to just ignore her immature behavior; my dad even wants to shut down the business. It's not the job I care about, it's just her! We are really close friends and she can always cheer me up when I am having a bad day.
But when it comes to our business, as my moms says, it has become a power issue. She just wants to be in control. But when I am given a key by the pet owner, they want me to keep up with it, or they would've given it to her. The whole thing is just really hurtful and frustrating... I just don't know what to do.
Should I be angry? Should I quit the business? I would just start my own business but our friendship is just too much to jeopardize.

What should I do?
Friendship Troubles

PS from Admin: had the same thing happen to me when I was a kid with a lawn care service. I went to work solo. I'll be interested to see what you advise. This is the kind of life problem that will keep coming up over and over and over.

It can be, Sugar, but I can't. She'll eventually find out and our friendship might be ruined. That's what I want to prevent. How can we improve our friendship and keep the business without fighting?

I have never been to dances. Pick who you want.

I don't know Roncy, sorry

hi what i meant was that they are really suspicious of the characters that i mention in the game and they ask me who is it and i feel uncomfortable by their questions so i stopped telling them about the game its self.

Roncy, hey about your friendship problem. I think that you should tell your friend how you feel. Maybe she does not realize that she is hurting your feelings. I would wait it out a little while. If she keeps up this mean behavior, tell her that you are really hurt and that you are going to continue the business solo. If she wants to make up or continue working with her, great! If not, let it go. It will be fine.
