ponylover1709 & Oreo | | 2012-09-24 22:50:57 | | | Hello! Can i join? I have a problem..Okay so i'll start with i've been riding horses since i was 9, so 5 years ago. I take one/two lessons a week in the spring and fall (so only half a year). My best friend just started riding lessons about 9 months ago. (Now dont take this the wrong way PLEASE, i love my best friend to pieces) Anyway so her aunt has a little barn and she has one pony (who is 30 so nobody rides her), and so today my BFF texts me "My aunt said i was doing so good riding today, and she says i should get a pony and have it live at her barn next spring!!!!!!!!". I txted back how happy i was for her and everything, but im really soo jealous. Horses are my LIFE, the barn is the only place i fit in and people actually look up to me. When im with the horses, im home. And im not trying to be like "IM AMAZING" but since i've been riding for 5 years, im not half bad. Far from perfect, but i am good. Anyway my BFF is pretty good but i mean she like just started riding!! She BARELY know how to groom a horse!! Before every lesson, she makes me tell her all about the horse she is going to ride because she is scared the horse is gonna be "bad", and she practically has a heart attack when she is on the horse and he starts to stomp the ground. (To get the flies off his legs!) Shes not ready for a horse. Oh and also we always used to talk about sharing a horse, and then when we were txting she said "Maybe i wont get one though cuz they are expensive" and is said "We should share a horse! It would be perfect." and she just writes back "haha."... im really sad!!! Like i said horse are my LIFEE! I would give ANYTHING to be able to have one!! And here she is probably getting a horse soon and cant even saddle a horse properly. :( :( Help??? |
