I can do: something like a walkover,good back bend,
a split, and I'm been working a front handspring for a while now but I can't do it yet. Do you have any tips for the front handspring, I really want to learn it. I don't go to gym or take gymnastics so none of my moves are real graceful, wish they were though.

I have a couple tips when you are doing a front handspring that might work.
* try and have your hand land closer to your feet when flipping and swing your arms for momentum.
* you could also think about your hands being straight up when you are done so that your body automatically thinks about flipping to your feet so your hands can be straight up.
* You also might need more momentum or you could also practice hand stands and that might help you have more control of your body.
I hope these tips help, I am not an expert by any means. So I am just stating what helped me and I hope it works for you too. :)
