*** gymnastics club ****

I am in gymnastics and I am working really hard on my back walkover and my splits. Here are some stretches for the splits. You can get down on the ground and have one leg on the ground as far as you can and put your other leg bent and keep putting pressure on the leg on the ground and hold it. You can also go down as far as you can and then bring your nose to your knee and hold it. If you don't hold it, it doesn't do very much good. Can I join. I love gymnastics and my sister can do the splits, one handed cartwheel and a lot. I should have her join.

The next day you get really sore. But its worth it. It mainly hurts when you stretch. But if you stretch a lot it dose not hurt as much. But it is fun to just get a break right after school for a couple of hours.
