***THE HORSE SHELTER***
This is a role-play shelter and we are always looking for more volunteer help. (Gemma, not Parelli)
Gemma: Ok. Faithful, got it. *Walks to Faithful's stall and looks at her chart* Head shy huh? I can fix that in 24 hours. *Gets a thin silk halter and a bucket of sweet feed*
Faithful: *Reaches toward the bucket and lips some grain*
Gemma: *Laughs and spooks Faithful* Sorry girl. *Grabs a handful of grain and reaches out to her, the mare eats the grain* Alright. *She takes the silk (Pretty much a ribbon) and rubs it on the mares neck until she calms down, then she moves it up to her higher neck until she calms, then her poll, then she repeats on the other side until the mare calms at the touch, then she rubs it on Faithful's head until she calms, then she gives Faithful some grain*
Faithful: *Nickers*
Gemma: *Slips the halter on and croons to Faithful until she's alright, then Gemma takes it off, then she repeats until Faithful doesn't freak out at the halter, she gives Faithful the rest of the grain (there wasn't much) and opens the stall door, leading Faithful out with the attached ribbon on the halter, she ground ties her out side of the tack room and grabs the grooming kit and walks out, she praises Faithful when she finds she's standing in the same spot, then she leads her to the cross ties and Faithful whinnies, scared* Its alright, I'm not tying you, see? *Drops the lead as Faithful stands, true to her name, faithfully with her new friend* I'm just grooming you. *She gently grooms the beautiful mare*

And we have a bathing shed (cross-ties and there is a hose.) and a vet place where we can fix up horses and a ring. |

No, MM, I have no fiant Idea what a join up is. And Gemma is a very advanced horse trainer who connects to horses quickly)
Hey, *Walks up to MM (forgot you caracter's name, sorrys)* Do you know if Faithful is saddle trained? I was just wondering, because I was thinking about adopting her. |

Please don't leave. What Rusty was trying to get across is that if you train your horse all of the sudden, there will be nothing for you to do. It wasn't quite realistic either. For instance, imagine that whenever a horse did something wrong or even if it didn't, it got hit on the head. it would distrust humans and there is no way that all of the sudden it would love you. It would take a while to earn it's trust. But that's not the point. The point is that you would have nothing to do and find this club so boring, because nothing would ever be there for you to do, and you would think "Oh this is a boring club. I don't think I'll be a part of it anymore" and who would care for Faithful and the other horses you will be assigned? |

I know why you did that, I will find it boring if I can't do things with the horse, and I still have to saddle train Faithful, and that won't take really fast, it will take a while. Thanks for telling me. |
