| Moody... maybe your horse isn't jumping high enough? Give him a squeeze and make sure he's paying attention to the jump. Thats what helps on the lazy horses I ride sometimes! Help this helps ~Cat | Cat Cande & Izzy |

| You may want to check your position when you go over the jump. You could be unbalanced going over the jump and which would cause you to use the reins to balance yourself(or you could fall off!). This would cause the horse to become unbalanced and to knock a rail. Or it could just be a lazy horse you're on like Cat Cande says. | Lizzy1 & Cool Mr Robin |

| Can I join?
I need some tips on downward transitions-especially canter-walk! On the pony I half-lease when were cantering and I ask for a walk one of two things happen: 1) He goes straight from canter to walk but falls on his face and is totally unbalanced and it's a really slow walk 2) (After I ask for a walk) He canters 3 strides, trots about a long side (in a pretty small arena) then finally walks At my barn half-leasers do a program with 2 lessons a week and 1 free ride. Free ride is 3 hours, but you have to clean tack. At my barn you groom+tack up the ponies, and you put them away, so on free ride we only end up riding about and hour and a half. On free ride we can do what we want, but no jumping! We are also allowed to switch ponies, and do poles. |  lighting1 & Patchwork Prince |
