Phantoms Roleplay
He is known as Phantom. Sometimes you will see a flick of an ear, or hear the swish of his tail. But you're not afraid. You know that he will help you. He has helped many horses before you. He is kind, but shy. He doesn't like anyone to see him. He hides easily in the shadows with his pure black coat. But one day, you will reach through that black armor of fake-fierceness to see the one horse that has rescued others. It is time.

Soul-*slowly walks over to Ravencall, keeping a yard away form the other horse* Hi. I-I'm Broken Soul.	Nat2 & The Price of Valor

Phantom- * seeing Raven's obvious discomfort, he pins his ears back briefly as he steps from the shadows to rear in front of her protectively. He speaks softly, but his deep and musical voice is filled with authority * This is Raven's border of her territory. I suggest that you leave her be. I might have rescued you all from a bad fate, but some horses enjoy being alone. *makes eye contact with each horse around him, meeting Raven's eyes last. He nods to her respectfully, and with a whisk of his tail disappears into a hidden tunnel* RM: Yay Nat! Lol.	rainstar13 & Nightfire

Ravencall responds politely. "Hello, Broken Soul, my name is Ravencall." She glances at the other mare. Flicking her tail in realization that she has seen many horses today, and too many, she stumbles backwards. "Don't think me crazy, but the horse in the shadows watching me is the Phantom. He's kind, and this mare will confirm it for you since she accidentally bumped into him." Ravencall emphasizes the word 'accidentally' as if it weren't exactly true. After all, she thought, she should have been able to sense me and the Phantom, or at least me. My senses have sharpened, being alone with only a horse hidden in shadows watching me. Less noise. Suddenly getting overwhelmed by so many horses around her, Ravencall backs into the shadows. She glances to her side and suddenly meets the Phantom's eyes. She turns back casually, but feels shocked like a lightning bolt impaled her, since it was the first time she actually looked at him. Ravencall watches the other horses realizing that this must be what they felt when they first saw him, although Soul really hasn't.....	Alexi Noelle & Mountain Sky

Phantom- *he steps out into the light once more* As you, Soul. But really what you all must do is leave and find your own territories. This is my territory and I share it only with Raven. She has known me since she was a foal. *his voice turns softer as he catches Raven's eye again* And that is the way it should be. I am not here for conversation. *his voice hardens once more but still has a musical ring to it* I must go now. *he turns to Raven, and walks forward until his muzzle reached her shoulder, he reaches down and nuzzles her shoulder briefly before vanishing into the shadows. He trots quickly back to his cave, and shakes his mane. He eats but then returns to a new tunnel where he can watch Raven without her seeing him* RM: he's not stalking her, he is simply very protective of her.
