I only ride western.. for now... I am good in western (advanced actually) but I want to get like super great at it and then I want to learn how to ride english. Missouri Fox Trotters are cool!
Oh there are some cheap saddles~like 200 dollars one.

| I hear their trot is AMAZING!!!! I have not ridden one~ but I have ridden a saddlebred and the trot was SO smooth, it was smoother then the walk! XD |

| Welsh's are cute! My friend has a palomino onne and he is ADORABLE! I ride a black and white paint horse. The only pony I have ever ridden was a cute Haflinger named Sunny Dancer~ we just call him pony! But he was so cute cause when I was taking him back into the barn- i didnt have to lead him, he just follwed me! |

| OMG YES!!! I LOVE riding bareback. In a show once, I had to ride bareback with my friend and then we had to switch from front to back without getting off. We ended up falling~ but we got 4th place! :) |

| i HAD a horse lesson today! It was really fun and I got to practice after wards. When I was practicing I walked,trotted, and cantered without stirrups! It was fun! xD |

| I love riding bareback! I haven't done it for a while, though. I used to ride bareback a lot when I worked at a trekking stable. We'd occasionally ride the horses down to the back paddock at the end of the day with just a couple of lead ropes clipped to the halter for reins. In winter we had to be a bit more careful while mounting and dismounting, because we put the horses' covers on before getting on ourselves. |
