Here is the much awaited part 4 of Ice Skates. (for now thats the title)
I must have fallen asleep when I locked myself in my room. I sat up and wiped my eyes. I yawned and my stomach growled. I looked out my window and saw that it was dark out.
Isn’t this great? My family thinks I’m a criminal because I want to skate and I missed diner!
I went to my closet and grabbed a white nightgown and put it on. I pulled on white tights and grabbed a brown robe to put on over it. I walked over to my door and saw my reflection in my vanity. I was a mess. My checks were stained with tears and my hair flew up in a million directions. I groaned and grabbed a ribbon and threw it up in a bun.
I turned off my lamp and quietly opened my door. I tiptoed to the stairs and sneaked down them as quietly as possible. I went into the kitchen and made some tea. When it was done I went into the parlor and sat down at the couch.
“Well you certainly upset your mother.â€
I looked up to see my father standing over me. He walked across the room to his chair and sat down.
“You know she loves you Julie,†my father said.
“If she loves me then why can’t she let me do what I want to?â€
“If you wanted to jump off a bridge and your mother let you, would that be love?â€
I sighed loudly. “No but all I want to do is ice skate!â€
“When your mother was a girl, one of her neighbors went on to become a professional ice skater. She had an accident and has to walk with crutches for the rest of her life. She doesn’t want that to happen to you.â€
“I don’t want to become a professional; I just want to do it for fun.â€
“Well I don’t object to anything that is for fun.â€
I put my tea cup down on the table and tea spilled out of it. I jumped up.
“Yes you do! You stopped letting me ride!â€
“You know I had a good reason young lady! You were galloping across a field when I saw you! That is dangerous and unladylike!â€
“It was not dangerous! I don’t want to be ladylike!â€
My father’s face turned crimson from anger and I ran upstairs and into my room.
I sat down on my bed and sighed loudly. I was still hungry.

So any critiques? Share your opinion! Oh guys I want to have a contest with this club. I can't think of a name for this story~share what you think it should be and I will use the one that is the most creative! :-)

There is a REALLY good book series- Maximum Ride. Its amazing! Even though its not about horsse! Another good series is Witch and Wizard. Both are by James Patterson
