| I'm around difficult people, too, but I think all the desserts would make it worthwhile. But I don't believe you about the 'good' potato salad. I don't like potatoes, I don't like salad, I don't like bacon... Sounds like a death trap to me. ;) |

Yes, but for me Germany also has the best desserts. So we're stalemated. XD
You don't like bacon? Good heavens! German potato salad is similar to regular potato salad except it's served hot, with the bacon and onions sauteed or something like that. You have to like potato salad in the first place to like their version of it. I don't know if the French have their own twist on it or not. . .if they do it probably involves snails. |

Well, there's Muskazine or almond spice cookies, Donauwelle which is like Black Forest Cake but better, Franzbrötchen or butter cinnamon pastries, Prinzregententorte which is sponge cake layered with chocolate buttercream, gingerbread cookies. . .shall I go on? |
