Applestar: I shake my head and stand to my paws. "Shadegaze is right. How about we go do a little hunting, aye Sunspark?" I smile and start walking in the direction of the woods, not looking back to see if Sunspark is even following. Riversong: I pad into the warrior's den, the hairs behind my ears falling, my tail drooping until it nearly drags on the ground. If only they knew.	Horsesforever12 & Jedi

Fireblossom: glances at her paws after Riversong leaves, her ears twitching to hear what Applestar is saying "Yes, Applestar." she raises her eyes politely, then listens to Shadegaze and Sunspark, smiling a little at Shadegaze's joking voice. When no one is looking, she wanders off, bored of the conversation. After she is out of sight, she runs for the woods, the green darkness swallowing her as she dissappears after a squirrel. She pounces, knocking every breath out of the animal. She sinks her teeth into its furry coat and trots back to the camp. She takes the long route around the camp, avoiding everyone else. She pads to Riversong and presents the squirrel "Although I will not deny that I love a good joke," smiles a bit, then straightens "I'm... uh... sorry..." her voice trails off. She glances into Riversong's still eyes, cocking her head as if searching for emotion, then moves her eyes down "I, uh, was wondering how I did? Hunting, I mean." looks at the squirrel "I've never hunted alone before."	Roncy & Bertone

Sunspark-All right. A little exertion won't hurt. he lopes after Applestar Shadegaze-she goes to her nest in the medicine den and curls up tightly, staring out at the bustle of life in the camp. She sighs and rests her head on her paws	Nat2 & The Price of Valor

Riversong: I flinch at the sound of Fireblossom's voice behind me and turn sharply, my golden irises emotionless. I stare at the lifeless squirrel, feeling slightly proud of my ex-apprentice. I sit down, waiting a long time before speaking. "Just remember what I taught you." I realize how harsh my tone is and take it down a notch. "You didn't do too bad, kid." I give a slight smile before picking up the rodent and padding away to my nest at the back of the den. Applestar: I bound into the forest, my paws moving expertly over the ground so that the grass barely bends beneath me. I stop when the Clan is out of sight and turn to Shadegaze, my abnormally violet eyes burning into the other cat. "You have a knack for humor, correct?" I begin, my voice taking on a mysterious edge. Fireblossom: I watch, wide-eyed, as my former apprentice disappears into the cave with the squirrel. He complimented her. He even smiled. She had never seen Riversong smile before. Was this old grump of a cat not as serious as he appeared to be? Maybe just misunderstood?Fireblossom hesitated in thought before leaving the cave. She padded outside. 'You didn't do too bad, kid.' Applestar: I nod my head, motioning for Sunspark to follow. I crouch behind a clump of undergrowth, sniffing the air. I wait a few seconds before disappearing into the leaves. I return moments later with a small hare in my jaws. "You like it when cats laugh with you, yes?" I talk around the catch in my lips, my voice smooth. I continue deeper into the forest.
